«Outdoor pool area was great/clean. Fire pits were an excellent touch. My only knocks would be that they don’t let you bring drinks from the hotel bar to the casino even though the two are roughly 100’ apart and the casino is smokey. I didn’t think the hotel was, but the casino has a stale smoke smell and there’s always a cloud in the air. And the gal guarding against drinks going from one area to the other mights as well have been guarding the Berlin Wall—her customer service was terrible.»

«The staff were fantastic all around. The room was very clean and the pool was such a fun addition. I was on the 3rd floor and the mountain view was gorgeous and it was nice to have so many restaurant options on site. The burger and fries and the prema lounge (entrance to the casino del sol hotel) was delish. Highly recommend »

«Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. »

«The room was very spacious and all the furnishings were modern. The room was clean and had decent amount of amenities for the price. The staff were very dedicated to making the hotel clean. You could always see them mopping the lobby or touching up the breakfast bar. The surrounding area is just hotels and the airport, so nothing much. The lot is on the smaller side but there are two entrances for the building so it was OK. »
