Stroll around the lake and keep an eye out for turtles, ducks, and egrets. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, golf, and wildlife refuges are all within easy driving distance.

    At home, start the day with coffee on the deck or enclosed sunroom, enjoying the salty air. Inside, the main level features an airy, open floor plan and coastal vibe. The full kitchen makes meal prep easy, and the whole group can dine together at the large, window-front table. Spend the day at the beach, then use the convenient outdoor shower on the patio to rinse off when you return. Head up to the loft for some quiet conversation, a puzzle, or a good book. In the evening, snuggle up together to stream the latest release in the living room. With TVs in three of the four bedrooms, everyone will find something to watch. The property is great. The house is nice and spacious. Master bedroom TV did not work. The community is nice, but there are a lot of do’s and dont’s. The house has four spaces to park however it sleeps 10 people so if you have more people than that the only way to park is in a local parking garage. You may not park on the grass or anywhere on the streets the community and beach area are private however the beach was extremely crowded. It took forever to get to any shopping because the traffic is so heavy on a one lane road. DoorDash even takes a long time due to all of the traffic in this area. it takes at least an hour to get to the Kitty Hawk area from here, often over two hours, depending on the time of day. There are local things to do but due to the amount of people in this area the arcade was literally shoulder to shoulder and you had to wait in line for games. Many of the local shopping centers have limited parking so this was an issue going anywhere. While the house in the area was nice the location is not convenient for families and people who wish to be out and about and not just stay at the house.
