This three-level vacation home is thoughtfully designed to cater to guests of all ages, providing comfort and entertainment throughout.



Ascend to the Top Level, where a generous great room awaits. Revel in the ambiance created by a TV/DVD setup, a warm gas fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining area accommodating up to 20 guests. Bask in the natural light and scenic views from the decking. This level also boasts an elegant bedroom with its own whirlpool tub, alongside an additional bedroom.



The mid-level is where you'll want to go for some peace, quiet, and rest. Three bedrooms await, one offering a luxurious whirlpool tub. For movie nights or quiet moments, a spacious den with an additional TV beckons.



The ground level rife with opportunity for entertaining kids and the young at heart. Discover a rec room featuring a pool table, foosball, TV, and stereo. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets (dogs only) are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Please note the pool opens on May 1st and closes on October 15th**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
