Steps away, the spacious sun deck is the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day and take in the sunset views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and generous counter space, making meal prep a breeze. Share stories around the dining table (seating for 6) or grab a casual bite at the breakfast bar (seats 3). There is also a cabinet with several board games, puzzles, and books for family time. A convenient half-bath completes this level.

MID LEVEL-REST & REMOTE PRODUCTIVITY:
The mid level is thoughtfully laid out for both rest and flexibility. Off the entryway, a cozy den is equipped to provide a quiet nook for remote work, streaming your favorite series, curling up with a good book, or set up your video game to the TV. When you're ready to get out and explore, Ebb & Flow is perfectly positioned near all the neighborhood fun. Play a round of sand volleyball or shuffleboard, take the kids to the playground, or cool off with a swim in the large community pool. Whalehead Beach (1000+ feet) is just a short walk via the Herring Street beach access, or you can drive and park for free at other Corolla beach entrances. Shopping, Corolla Park, great local restaurants and other adventures are only minutes away by car or bike.
