This comfortable and family-friendly home offers lovely ocean views - especially from the hot tub on the top deck (that faces the ocean). This house is located across the street from the beach access walkway and is the perfect place to vacation with your family dog! The private pool offers convenient family fun! The top level has a kitchen, a great room, an enclosed porch with a seven-foot pool table that converts to a Ping-Pong table, a half bath, and a ship\'s watch. Enjoy the hot tub located on this level\'s deck. The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Things to Know

- Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
- Corolla Light amenities are available for 12 guests. Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities.
- You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
- For January and February bookings, please contact us to ensure the hot tub is available.

Guests have access to the Corolla Light Recreational Amenities. Guests are instructed to pick up their resort information and amenity bracelets on the first day of their reservation at the Corolla Light Sports Center located at 1026 Ocean Trail Corolla, NC 27927. Your check in time is not until 4:00 PM but you can take advantage of the resort amenities as soon as you retrieve your information from the Sports center, as early as 9 am on your scheduled check-in day.
