«This was a great vacation. The layout of the cabin was very spacious. The outdoor HOT shower was a great addition for after a swim in the cold lake. Lots of great outdoor activities in the area. We will absolutely bookmark this listing for possible future stays. My only recommendation if you go is toarrive during the day as it was a little difficult to locate in the dark. locate »

«This home was a wonderful stay for an extended family vacation. The home was spacious and well stocked. The outside area was wonderful. Our only negative feedback was regarding the lake, this is more of a fishing lake than a water sports lake in our opinion, and our boat was too large for this lake. Not the fault of the owners and we were able to enjoy their pontoon for the week which was very nice! However we would not bring our boat back to this location. Otherwise the stay was perfect!»

«We really enjoyed our stay at Little Bay Getaway. The property was very well equipped and even had an air conditioner which we used on two days. «Cabin 5 is the one to choose. It is more private than the others. The privacy fence is a gift, and the back/hot tub view is picturesque. The AC was helpful on the sticky, hot, and humid days and even when it rained. Some of the amenities weren't as described. The lake is not a great kid swimming lake. It was hard to get to the water, and the dock didn't have a ladder, but my kids figured it out and swam like fish. They also caught fish. «We loved everything about this home and the surrounding property. As others have mentioned - it's a good 30 minutes to any neighboring towns, so we made sure plan our meals ahead and brought groceries with us. The house is lovely, spacious and was perfect for our 3 generations and two dogs. It was exactly as described and we enjoyed seeing the deer cross the lawn, beautiful sunrises across the basin and the comfortable indoor/outdoor seating options! We hope to be back again some time!»

« We had a great time and the 2 cozy cabins we stayed in were perfect for our weekend family gathering of 9 adults. Very Clean and well appointed. Really enjoyable property with beautiful Sunrise view over the water from the decks, water crafts provided, fire pit and fun family games. Easy to get to downtown Gladstone and escanaba. Stacy was very informative and helpful. Really easy to work With. We all want to go back again next year. »

«We came for a lityle getaway to relax and wind down between a busy summer and the start of our daughter's senior year. We couldn't have found a more perfect spot. Both cottages were just as described and the seperate bunkhouse was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space. «The cabin was as pictured; nice furniture, a well equipped kitchen and 2 nice bedrooms. The main attraction though, was the Escanaba River flowing just steps from the cabin. The expansive deck was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed watching birds and seeing deer along the gravel road nearby. »
