No one was at the desk when I got there. I stood there for about 25 minutes. I rung the desk bell and holler hello a couple of times. Call the holet also. I called the hotel main office and told them what was going on. When the guy did show up he was a little rude about it. He said he left a message on the desk and there wasn't a Note. My husband said to cancel the room and we just drove rest of the way home. After driving for 12 hours you don't need to put up with rude people. He said that he would cancel the room and refund our money. They main office said they would refund our money because of having to wait so long for someone to get to the desk.
