They are rude and unprofessional! The place is nasty and run down. The breakfast sucks. The pool and hot tub was needing a good cleaning and good luck on extra towels and rags! They won’t do the laundry because so many was coming and getting new and not reusing the ones in there room which is what they expect you to do. Most good motels have plenty but not this one! We was constantly watched just because we had 5 teenage girls and two of them was actually just coming to hang out. They left and the next morning they was trying to keep my depot just because they accused me of keeping the 2 extra teens over night and we didn’t! She was rude and disrespectful and highly unprofessional. She accused me of having a party there and I didn’t. The people that actually had a party was having pretty heated argument with another person staying there because of his teens was knocking on doors and running off. They was outside our door at 11:30pm the rude receptionist was talking to them and not one time when we opened our door did she apologize for it! She seemed to be completely stressed and not able to handle it at all! Next day we got into it because of her saying I done those things but I actually was seen
