"Air condition was switched off and not available which made the rooms very hot and we were unable to sleep. When addressing this with the reception we were told they had switched it off as it was cold??!! They were unable to switch on and we were told this was nothing to worry about we could always have the balcony door open… yeah right with the red sand problems that would have left us all scared for life. A hopeless attitude by the staff and when advertising for termostat controlled A/C they were outright liers om the web. "
