Wonderful Staff
We had a wonderful stay and greatly enjoyed the facilities. The staff were so welcoming and did everything they could to make sure that we had a great stay. And there was never an issue with having a 2 year old along that would make a mess at the dinner or breakfast table. Everyone was very nice and always had a smile on their faces. Had a few small issues with the room but the staff took care of the issues right away. The food was good and the plentiful at the buffets. Recommend an ocean view as it is delightful to sit and watch the sunset before going out to dinner. Pool area was clean and nice and we never had a problem getting a sunbed, even though the hotel was pretty full.

Flott beliggenhet rett på stranda!
Vi var veldig fornøyd med det meste, spesielt uteområdene var flotte og utsikten fra rom på sjøsiden slående vakker. Stranda var litt steinete, ta med badesko, kanskje ikke veldig barnevennlig, men vannet var rent med god temperatur. Hotellet lå litt utenfor Paphos, men buss rett utenfor hotellet og fint velutstyrt supermarked også der. Ikke aircondition på rommene i november, det ble derfor litt varmt på rommet, men vi lå med åpen balkongdør og da OK. Frokosten var stort sett veldig bra, men lite utvalg i frukt og juicen smakte kunstig, men alt ellers bra og veldig godt brød.

For badegjester!
Bodde her i 2 dager. God service ved ankomst, der vi hadde en feilbestilling. I overkant mye gjester for oss. Volumhotell. Litt slitt inntrykk, men med kvaliteter: Stort bassengområde og flott strand. Hyggelig liten båthavn. Nabohotellet, Thalassa, i samme kjede, anbefales for den som vil ha det roligere.

Wonderful view and one step away from the beach!
A hotel with a wonderful location, amazing to enjoy dinner, or drinks at the terrace. The rooms have seen their better days, an refurbishment would be in order. Its a little outside the city center, but that also makes it more enjoyable. Attentive staff, helps you when needed. An enjoyable stay it was.

Bra hotell, men ikke fem stjerner
Flott beliggenhet helt nede ved vannet, og hotellets uteområder er fantastiske. Strøkent, lekkert, rent og nære stranda. Men går du utafor døra til hotellet, er det ikke et særlig flatterende nabolag. God service. Vi spiste i a la carte-restauranten, der maten var helt grei, men ikke i nærheten av det prisen tilsa. Særdeles god service i restauranten, likefullt. Hotellet bærer litt preg av å være bygget på 70-tallet, eller noe, med litt tacky innmurte sofaer og blomsterpotter og sånn, men om du bare tenker at det er sjarmerende, og ikke stygt, er det et flott hotell. Alt i alt anbefales hotellet på det varmeste, da særlig på grunn av de fantastiske uteområdene og nærheten til stranda og marinaen.

Vi oppholt oss på hotellet i 12 dager. Ferien var ypperlig. Vi hadde frokost og middag. Maten var super, og vi benyttet oss også av de forskjellige restauranter. Leide bil hjemmefra som ble levert til avtalt tid på hotellet.Hadde fine turer. Spesielt falt vi for en strand som lå en halv times biltur vest for hotellet nær en kirke.Havnen i Pahfos var flott.Vi møtte bare hyggelige mennesker over alt. Servicen på hotellet var fin!

A nice stay but definitely not 5* - we went end of March and there were a number of issues including no aircon in the rooms before May despite a heat wave and complaints for numerous guests about the tempreture in the rooms (staff were rude when asked, had a few fans but had run out showing how many people were having an issue with this), pool not heated so absolutely freezing, slides not open, if we ordered drinks or food at the lobby drinks were always forgotton and food could take up to an hour, only 3 adult tennis rackets available for the 4 courts etc.

Obwohl sehr groß, wirklich sehr schöne Anlage mit besonders zuvorkommenden Personal. Ruhig, direkt neben zwei kleinen Stränden, toller Blick vom Hotel. Zimmer mit allem, was man benötigt. Viele nette kleine Details (KaffeeZubereitung, Verdunklungsvorhänge, Bademäntel, möblierte Balkon), tolles, wirklich abwechslungsreiches Essen (wechselnde Themenabende mit Buffet und fantastisches Frühstück) Schöne Bar mit gelegentlicher Live Piano, Musik, auch (dezentes), anderes Unterhaltungs- und Sportprogramm, Innen- und Außenpool.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Food was amazing every meal. Right on the beach. A big hotel but didn't feel overwhelming (clever layout) Lots of facilities and activities available. Singers/entertainments not really our thing so that was bit much sometimes. Also shower/bathroom was pretty basic. Overall Brilliant.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, wonderful meal with a wide range of variety to choose from. One of the chef, Antonia was kind enough to make me a soup that was not on the list. Great personal service. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Every night was an event. Great entertainment. We had a singer that sang some old classics beautifully. Really enjoyed it. Parking was easy and the hotel was easy to reach from the airport. The room we stayed in was very spacious and with a beautiful sea view. Overall, it was very good and one of the best holiday stay I’ve had in 40 years of travel.

This hotel is not 5 star by any means. The food was poor and there was no level of luxury to the hotel whatsoever. The hotel was huge and it felt like a factory. Facilities were average, and the dining options were incredibly limited.

The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. We had a couple of issues which were dealt with very quickly and ending up with a wonderful room upgrade. Our only issue would be there was only one option for evening dining which we felt was not great valve for money but we we're out of season. Lots of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel and complex was first class and we will definitely be going back for another very relaxing and luxurious holiday.

We went in the very off season in early February so it was pretty quiet but that was fine. The hotel was good, breakfast was fantastic. Made use of the bar a few times, prices quite reasonable. A decent 15-20 min walk uphill on to Coral Bay Ave where the restaurants were but downhill on the way back.

Καλό, μπορεί και καλύτερα σαν πεντάστερο που είναι
Ένα πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο που χρήζει ανακαίνισης απο τα θεμέλια. Δεν του αρμόζει να ειναι 5 αστέρων κινας έχει τις παροχές και τις εγκαταστάσεις. Μειναμε με ημιδιατροφή. Στο dinner δεν υπηρχαν αρκετες επιλογες χωρίς αρνί.
