Hjemmet er et unikt koselig leilighetshotell som sitter WATERFRONT med sin egen Private Dock bare meter fra forsiden dekk. Hjemmet er bare en kort svømmetur fra lanseringsrampen. Ingen hodepine på å kjøre noen og båten 1/2 vei over innsjøen for å starte og deretter kjører båten og den andre tar lastebil og tilhenger tilbake. Det er mindre enn 90 sekunder å kjøre for å starte inngangen.

The house was in a great location with its own dock which made launching our kayaks extremely convenient and easy. The property itself was extremely clean and nice. We would stay here again for sure.

We stayed 5 nights. Check-in an checking out was easy. We really liked everything there and more. Contact with host was great. The whole area is beautiful and we especially loved the the gorgeous view on the lake from the balcony were we spend a lot of time. We also spend a lot of time in the water for swimming, playing with the water toys and standup paddleboarding across the lake. Too much to mention but in one word: wonderful !!!

Such a fun lake house with incredible views, lakefront access and shared dock/boat slip. The house was clean, beds were comfy and house/furniture was updated. We enjoyed the private deck with BBQ and spent lots of time down by the water. The driveway is extremely steep, so loading/unloading is a lot of work and may not be the best fit for everyone. The cove provided beautiful views day and night. Neighbors were close by and friendly. They did charge for early check in by the hour and also charged to use paddle boats and Lily pad, so that was kind of a bummer, but we paid. Communication from the host was fast and easy. Very strict on visitors during the day, so make sure to stay within the 8 person max at all times. There was a small tiki bar with some shade down by the water, but other than that, you’re fully exposed to the sun, so bring umbrellas. Overall, we had a great time!

LAKE LIFE to the fullest! The prompt communication from the owners is where the excellence begins, followed by the picturesque view from the balcony during sunset. The condo is very clean and appliances work great. Our family spent all day on the new dock/ deck area swimming, fishing, and paddle boarding in a no wake cove which is very safe for the kids. We will definitely be coming back for many summers to come!!!

Great location on the water

We love lake Tulloch for our family lake trips - and I especially appreciate places right on the water! The home was clean and comfortable, the communication was quick, and the closeness to the lake was wonderful. I wasn't sure what a trip would be like without boating and jet skiing due to the whole mussel situation… But our vacation was so peaceful and full of different types of water sports… My kids paddle boarded for the first time, my son and I managed to paddle boat around with lots of laughter, and the fishing was good! We brought our own inflatable that we threw off the dock and with proximity right across from the Kiva area it was a great place to swim. Lots of pillows and blankets to go around and a great balcony to enjoy the view. I think my only wish would be for some lighting options down at the dock since we loved to go down and fish. But we just brought our own flashlights.
Caught two bass right from the deck! My youngest caught numerous bluegill that would be named and returned to the water :)
The quiet lake was perfect for using the paddle boards we rented from the owners

Lake Escape

Wonderful Views, Great Weather. It was the relaxing weekend we needed. Waking up to the birds and ducks on the water are the best. Enjoying coffee on the balcony while watching nature waking up. Nice docks and sitting area by the water to enjoy fishing if wanted. Would definitely recommend to others!!!!

What an exceptional location on Lake Tullock! I came to spend Christmas with my son who lives close.

Most importantly I wanted to spoil my son with home cooked food. The kitchen was so well equipped that any high end chef would love. I appreciate a host who goes goes the length for their guest.

Great location on lake

Deck overlooking lake, boat dock on 5 mph section, no wake zone very protected from main lake. Owner was very easy to communicate with and apartment has everything you need! Great place to stay.

Clean and great locations.

The house was great overall! Clean and had everything needed for the kitchen. The bbq was perfectly clean with propane as well. Having the dock was a huge plus for bringing our own boat. Host had great communication prior and during the trip! House had a nice deck with great views of the lake!

Great Summer Getaway!

We very much enjoyed our summer get-away to Lake Tulloch! The lake is lovely and even though it was hotter than we had hoped it would be, our grandkids loved being able to walk down to the private dock, hang out on our boat and jump in the water without having to get in a car and drive. Guests who bring their boats should be aware that the launch ramp options are limited and a bit of a hassle, but it was worth it to have our boat accessible throughout our stay.

Winter stay to sled and ski Bear

Lovely little 2 room unit, fun family sleep room with 2 queen beds, helpful if you have little who don’t sleep away from home well. Great view of the lake. The new little down town with Tesla charging stations is awesome and easy to get to from the condo, every restaurant we tried was fabulous. Kitchen is great you could cook we did not. We drove about an hour up through Arnold where there’s places to sled. It took about an hour and a half to Bear Valley which has great snow this season. Lots of steps so great exercise for whomever is the car packer/unpacker. I was glad we had 4 wheel drive on the driveway, my wife was afraid to drive it. But the car was just fine with it and making the 3 year old walk up and down wore him out well.

Short getaway

Our stay was short but sweet. Everything was as it was listed. The scenery is beautiful, even though the lake was low it was still so nice. Thomas was very quick to help with anything we needed and very pleasant to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again someday :)

A small family gem in Kiva Cove

I have been visiting Lake Tulloch for over 12 years and have stayed at many properties on each side of the lake. If you have a small family, this is a property to consider. For kids or teenagers, Kiva Cove is a great spot. You can swim from this unit right over to the Kiva dock where many kids hang out. The cove is also great for floating around and swimming off your own dock since this unit is deep into the 5 mile only zone. The unit is nicely decorated, and a large deck for enjoying the outside. Since it is smaller than many of the other places on the lake, it is budget friendly for a short getaway. Yes, the driveway is steep but there is flat parking right by the unit for ease of loading and unloading. Personally, I like the other side of the lake better only because it is closer to the grocery store. We tend to forget items! Overall, a nice place and the owners were super helpful and very responsive to my questions.

Family vacation

Truly enjoyed the home. Lovely sunsets. Had everything we needed. The community swim area was just across from the property dock. Property owner was very responsive to any and all questions. Although limited square footage the space felt very spacious. Would definitely recommend the home.

Helpful pointers- we were directed to access the Marina at drifters to launch our boat. We discovered They have no trailer parking also Drifters is closed Tuesday and Wednesday so if you’re planning on checking out on one of those days you could try and make arrangements with Joel at drifters. Checkin was easy. The steep driveway was very challenging making it very difficult to get our luggage and groceries/supplies to house. We ended up leaving some items in the car. Upon arrival some of the cookware was dirty. We prewashed everything we used and washed and stowed all our dishes as we were told to. I was a bit confused on the cleaning fee plus being required to clean before we left. I guess we would have cleaned up after ourselves anyway but I don’t see a reason to charge a cleaning fee and require guests to clean. There is a “flyer” on the refrigerator that gives instructions on how to access the boat launch close to the property but when I asked about it Thomas was very stern about his previous instructions on using Drifters and advising us that we would not be allowed to access the boat launch there at Kiva beach. A bit contradicting. The flyer may need to be removed from the refrigerator. We did have a boat slip to use during our stay. Don’t plan on getting in the water close to the boat slip the water is very murky.

April 2023 Birthday Get Away

My husband and I celebrated my bday! We passed through the city, Copperopolis and Lake Tulloch/reservoir last year traveling from Angels Camp where we own a time share. Lake Tulloch is absolutely beautiful even after California storms this year. Our stay was Sun-Thurs. The property was nice and clean. It is well stocked with cleaning supplies. Lots of cooking utensils and plenty of pots/pans. All amenities worked with no issues and the bed was comfortable. We were in and out a lot but took a day to rest. We brought our boat. There was no traffic whatsoever on the water. We may have seen 8 boats in total mostly fishermen and others enjoying the nice weather. The house comes with a boat slip. It was nice that we did not have to re-launch daily. The boat was docked at the slip during the period of our stay. We just walked down to the boat dock, got in and off we went. The main bridge is out due to damages from the storm. We asked around but there were no details on when the repairs will be made. With that said, we had to drive 50mins to the public campgrounds to initially launch the boat. Once it was in, it was a 15 min. boat ride to the lake house. I believe if the bridge was open, it would have decreased the travel time tremendously. The driveway is very steep to the condo. We parked up top and walked (very slowly) with our luggage and groceries down and up. We brought our wagon to help with the haul. Then there are 16 steps up to the condo. I counted every time I went up and down. Lol... We definitely got in your daily steps and a good cardio workout. It's nice that the condo is located on the top level. What a beautiful view! The condo complex consists of four units. One other resident was there. In and out probably for work. II'm glad this unit was available for booking. We enjoyed ourselves and we are definitely coming back to Lake Tulloch!

Weekend on Lake Peaceful

This was my first visit to Copperopolis and I definitely plan on returning. My friend and I really enjoyed our time here. The condo was so cozy and had everything we needed. My favorite feature was the covered deck. We spent about six hours straight out there relaxing. Great views of the lake and the beautiful surrounding houses. There were occasional boats that passed by and it was fun to see people enjoy themselves. The bedrooms were very comfortable and I really appreciated the window coverings. I'm a fan of dark rooms for sleeping but anyone could easily adjust the shades for more lighting if needed. The condo was very quiet and we appreciated being upstairs. We met the neighbor in another unit just by chance and he was really pleasant. It's nice to feel welcome when you're at a vacation rental. Also, the owners were very friendly and helpful when we were messaging. I would absolutely return if I ever get the chance.
