76 Baseball Apartment - DOWNTOWN COOPERSTOWN - Convenient location to all that the Village of Cooperstown has to offer. A short walk to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Main Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Walk to town, grab some sandwiches and enjoy them at lakefront park overlooking the crystal clear waters of Otsego Lake. The grocery store is also very convenient, walkable, or just a short drive.

This apartment is part of a large historic Victorian home in the Cooperstown Village, a nod to times of the past with modern updates. Updated in Spring 2021, freshly painted, new appliances, and new furnishings. This cute village apartment is a great way to enjoy Cooperstown NY with convenience and ease.

Located on the first floor with a beautiful private front porch perfect for enjoying the morning sun. Inside this cozy space, there is an efficient kitchen with laundry, as well as a comfortable living room. Beautiful original woodwork, hardwood floors, and large windows showcase craftsmanship from long ago. A true Cooperstown Classic.

Enjoy the large open yard and barbecue grill as you unwind after a long day of exploring the area. There is off-street parking for one car.

76 Baseball Apartment is the perfect location for visiting Cooperstown! It was a very easy, quick walk to restaurants, shopping and the Hall of Fame. Having a dedicated parking space at the apartment was also convenient. The apartment was clean and better than the pictures! The front porch was a great place to spend time, too. We loved our stay at Pete’s place and would highly recommend it to others!!

Cooperstown gem

The baseball apartment was perfect for the two of us. It could work for a family with small children, but would require using the pull-out couch. We loved the baseball-themed artwork, and baseball wallpaper in the bathroom. While we didn't have the opportunity to meet our hosts, Pete and MJ, they were very communicative in advance, and provided us their cell numbers and direct email if we needed anything during our stay. The apartment is in walking distance of the adorable downtown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Our car remained parked except for a few hours when we left Cooperstown proper to see some local attractions that were farther away. I would stay here again.

Suited our needs

Location is perfect. It is small, especially the shower. Pete responded promptly when needed for a few questions. Must go to Hawkeye Bar & Grill, best burgers we ever had, smash and steakhouse being the favorite of the two. Toscana is excellent for an italian dinner. Baseball hall of fame and museums, all close by and enjoyable.

A home run!

My friend and I had a wonderful time in Cooperstown and this sweet place make it perfect. Peter & MJ are terrific hosts and are so friendly and accommodating. The apartment is an easy walk to the village center, the lakeshore, and beautiful neighborhoods. It was comfortable, clean, and all that the two of us needed. Thank you! It was an ideal half way spot between Buffalo and Hartford so now my friend and I have a great place to meet for a weekend getaway.

Such a cute and quaint apartment with ALL the amenities! My son and I stayed during his brother’s tournament, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The owner was extremely nice! It’s the perfect location - with an easy walk into town and a quick drive to Dreams Park.

From start to finish our stay at this Cooperstown NY location was fantastic. The owners were very gracious and did a great job with communication leading up to our stay and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a private apartment that is part of a beautiful older home in a great location! Loved our Stay!

What a great place to stay in Cooperstown! The "apartment" is attached to the owner's lovely Victorian home and has plenty of privacy. The apartment had all we needed including a washer and dryer. The bed was nice and cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. The shower was a tad small, but something we could live with and everything was nice and clean. You are in walking distance to the Baseball Hall of Fame and the owners will help you with anything you need! They are lovely people and I would definitely stay at their property again.
