Et flott hotell
Gammelt og ærverdig hotell midt i Conwy sentrum. Rommet var veldig fint, men kunne godt hatt aircondition i stedet for kun en bordvifte. Hotellet har også en fin restaurant med fokus på lokale råvarer som er vel verdt et besøk. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Stayed in the Narnia suite, requested the specific room in advance out of the two suites and was allocated the room we wanted with no hassle. The room is really cool and we loved the Narnia room with a view of the castle and church and you can even see the sea when the tide is in too! Parked without issue but if you have a large car like me then it’s good to take a swing into the tunnel so that you can try and get in as straight as possible - we also realised after there’s a few spaces opposite the hotel too which you can also use - I think about 8 spaces on a small carpark right opposite the hotel if you don’t want to risk the tunnel! Reception staff seemed very under the kosh but understandable for a busy bank holiday weekend! And one bar man huffed and seemed very put out when I asked for a cocktail at the bar, made very obvious he didn’t want to make it and huffed and sighed loudly at every action which I found slightly uncomfortable but overall it was good.

Very kind, friendly, and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room and en-suite bathroom. The food was excellent. Good parking facilities, but take care on entering the car park as the entrance is narrow!

What a lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and professional and can’t do enough for you. The hotel is very traditional and homely and the rooms are spacious with a lovely big bathroom and nice shower. It’s a quiet hotel apart from the early morning wake up call of glass collection at 6am and some sort of immersion heater kicking in shortly after, good job I’m an early bird! I would definitely stay there again, the food was very tasty and the bar area was lovely and snug. It’s very handy right in the middle of town so we could drop bags off as we went along and the car park is ample. Very enjoyable stay.

Highly recommend!
The room was so comfortable and a wonderful space in which to stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I stayed in the single room for two nights and really enjoyed the experience.

This is a wonderful hotel, in great condition and with friendly, helpful service. There's a great bar downstairs (we didn't try the restaurant) and it's right in the middle of Conwy. I'd definitely stay again

We stayed here on Friday an I haven’t a bad word to say about the staff the hotel the bar! It’s so warm & homely here! The food on the on-site restaurant was on another level! Service was also amazing will definitely be staying again!

This hotel is in the perfect location within the city center, and just a few minutes from the beach and the castle and the train station. The room could not be cuter. When I walked into my room, there was a radio that was playing some very soothing music on my nightstand, and the lamp was turned on so that the room looked warm and inviting. There’s a chandelier in the room. The TV is perfect size and the bathroom looks gorgeous. The staff is super friendly. I liked it here so much that I decided to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate me. My room had actually been rented out, but they moved things around so that I could stay in the same room. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Great hotel in the heart of Conwy
Excellent overall. It's an old 'historic' hotel, so expect weird shaped rooms and stuff shoehorned into corners. Which I liked. Also good team and coffee making facilities - and (very important for business trip) a workable desk in the room. The food was good at the restaurant (esp the mussels in beer batter). Nice bar serving selection of draft beer. Free car parking. Also a good central location in Conwy.

Historic and charming building with very friendly staff who took great care to make us welcome. The rooms were cozy and clean and remarkably quiet for being in a bustling area. Loved the hotel. Lots of shops and dining options, once you get used to the pattern of opening and closing. Definitely make reservations wherever you want to go for dinner. Lots of people come in for the day on buses and trains, which drives the commerce hours in town.
