Conway guest house
The property was great. Clean throughout and comfortable. lovely shower and amenities just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Info from host was great with little helpful messages around the house for things like TV, WiFi and heating. Communication with the host was great. From booking through to just before and checking out was amazing down to some milk being left for us on arrival. All lovely touches. Will definitely be back again.

Lovely property, but difficult parking
The property itself was very pleasant. Clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the parking was for the most part genuinely impossible. The property is on a hill and the street is just barely two cars wide. Cars parked on either side of the road (although not opposite each other) and the very small "turning" spaces half way down and at the end were often parked in. This meant that parking was actually several blocks away and required a nominal "pay and display" cost. In the long run, it was worth it, but I would really have liked to know about the parking ahead of time. Again, the house was comfortable, pleasantly decorated, and had an excellent kitchen. Parking was the only issue.

Parking in conwy itself is always tricky as it’s mainly cottages in small roads but generally guests have been lucky and manage to park ok in our road . I think it’s just generally expected that parking might not be always available . Hope you enjoyed all the castles in north wales

Little bit of historic heaven
Lovely, clean, and excellently located house in Conwy. Quiet street that is within easy walking distance of everything Conwy. Short travel to near by areas like Snowdonia or the greater Orme. Beautiful, friendly area with great food.

Castles trip
The cottage was ideally located for visiting the medieval castles located within mostly a half hours drive. It was a great little base, with only the parking any form of issue at all.

Comfortable, clean and cosy
Communication from Jane from point of booking until the end of our stay was excellent. The accommodation was perfect. Comfortable, clean and cosy. Nice to have flannels provided and plenty of blankets. Whilst the house was snug and warm, I do like to cosy up under a blanket in the evening. The bed was comfortable and shower excellent. We parked directly outside the property with no issues and only moved the car once, to visit the Welsh Mountain Zoo. We took the train for day trips. It’s just a short stroll from the property into the town. Looking to eat out? LS coffee shop during the day, and Jalsa for takeaway (or eat in) on an evening. Both are excellent.

Just Perfect
We stayed here 10th-13th Nov. Loved it from the minute we walked through the door. It is spotlessly clean and the decor is just lovely. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and again everything nice and clean, Contact with Jane who owns the cottage is so easy, send an e mail and she responds straight away. The location is brilliant, just a short walk into Conway. There is nothing i would change about our holiday, except maybe stay longer next time. It is the perfect little cottage for a quiet break and we will definitely return if Jane will have us. Xx

Lovely cottage
My partner and I have just had a 3 night stay in this lovely cottage. It has everything you need for your getaway and is very comfortable all round. Home from home. There are also extras which you wouldn't normally expect - hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, sauces & cooking oil to name a few. There is a lovely little courtyard, for the summer months. The communication to the owners was so simple and they responded almost immediately. Parking is a little tight but was not a problem for us. The Cottage is in a great spot, so quiet and peaceful, perfect for couples and just few minutes walk to the town where there is shops, bars, pubs and harbour. The castle walls are a must to see the whole town, the castle and the harbour. Would highly recommend staying here and if we plan to visit the area again we will definitely re book.

Amazing stay in Conwy.
This property was an amazing find in the quieter area of Conwy, but still only 5mins from the centre. The property was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host kept in touch with us and was a great help with information. We certainly would stay there again.

Great little find .
All communications with the property owner before, during and after our stay were answered promptly and fully. The cottage was spotlessly clean on arrival and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and more besides . Nice extra touches such as coffee machine, condiments , tea , coffee etc . Also a cupbord full of games . Good wifi. The courtyard at the back is quite a sun trap at times. Only issue is that parking is a bit tight but if everyone on the street parks considerately it's not a big problem. Town is only a couple of minutes walk away with pubs , eateries and shops . Access to the walls even closer. We only took the car out twice , public transport pretty good , plenty of places to visit in the area .

Lovely New Year escape
We really enjoyed our short new year getaway to Conwy and the cottage was very homely, warm, cosy and with every comfort catered for - even a sparkly Christmas tree! Our hosts were very easy to liaise with and provided all information needed in a timely way. As the cottage is in a residential area, parking was ‘strategic’ but not really an issue if you follow host’s guidance. The cottage is only a short walk to the town centre and sea front so perfect for new year walks and eating out locally. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fabulous Cottage Perfect Location
Stayed with friend for a few days walking and exploring. Cottage is lovely, everything you need and super clean . Lovely bedding and towels and modern bathroom with great hot shower (very welcome after getting soaked walking on top of Conwy Mountain😊). If you have Netflix or Prime accounts you can log in on the tv which was great!! The cottage is perfectly located just minutes walk from centre and the train station where we caught the train to nearby Llandudno for a day trip, £3.40 return 😊. Jane is w wonderful host and was really prompt when responding to any questions. Overall this was a lovely stay and 200% recommended. 😍

A beautiful little cottage clean, cosy and very peaceful but just a short walk from everything Conwy has to offer. Conwy itself is packed with lots to do and see plus lovely places to eat We particularly liked Cantin Cafe attached to the Library Food was lovely.

Cosy and Homely Cottage
This cottage ticks every box. It feels cosy and cared for and was spotlessly clean which is more important than ever in these Covid times. Comfortable and quality furnishings, again all fresh and clean. Lovely to arrive to a Christmas tree too! How thoughtful. Lots of little extra touches and very well stocked with all the basics you could want or need for a stay. We felt relaxed from the outset and had such a lovely holiday. Conwy and the surrounding areas are great for a variety of days out. Cottages like this are hard to come by and we are looking forward to returning. Thank you Jane and Gary for providing us with such a great stay.

Very comfortable and Ideal location.
The property was lovely and clean with very well kitted kitchen and all amenities including modern bathroom and decor. The location was excellent and very quiet with local restaurant, pubs and shops all within 5-10 minutes walk. Some amazing walks including Conway Mountain accessible without driving. We ate out at Lava restaurant, Watsons Bistro, Erskine Arms, Upstairs at Anna,s and had fish & chips from Archway takeaway. All were excellent.

Such a lovely holiday home
We had such a lovely time at this property. It is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. The property was incredibly clean. All instructions on using anything in the house were simple and easy to follow. Everything on the home was of good quality and comfortable to stay on. Fabulous central location
My family and I had a lovely stay. The property is perfectly located, only a few minutes walk from the wall. My two young girls loved the bunk beds and the selection of toys provided in the games cabinet. The kitchen included everything we could possibly need and more to prepare breakfasts and picnic lunches. The shower was hot and powerful and the beds were comfy. Our host Jane was extremely friendly and prompt with all communications. We will definitely stay again if/when we choose to visit Conway again.

Comfortable cottage close to all the amenities in Conwy
We had a lovely stay at this cottage. Everything we needed was provided and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We were blessed with very warm weather for our stay so the sitting area at the back was a bonus for eating breakfast and some other meals outside. Overall we were very happy with the accommodation and would certainly stay there again.

Perfect size and location
Just arrived home after a week in this perfectly sized beautiful cottage. The location is a great plus, right in the heart on Conwy and near to so many amenities. Conwy itself is so pretty and unspoilt. We only used the car twice to visit Llandudno and Snowdonia but other than that stayed in Conwy and enjoyed walks around the town. We even walked to the next town Deganwy which took us around 30 minutes. If you’re a walker you’d love it here, it’s a little steep in places so something to think about if your mobility is limited. I’d recommend any of the eateries in the town and would also recommend The Mulberry which overlooks the marina. Jane the owner suggested we booked restaurants in advance and it really helped to plan the week and not have to think where we’d be eating and hoping places had space.

Autumn mini-break.
A delightful cottage furnished and equipped to a high,modern standard and kept spotless by obviously committed owners. It also achieves a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere,and l felt very comfortable there,both physically and spiritually,so to speak! Great location in a quiet lane yet just an easy stroll to the centre of Conwy. Good base for the whole of North Wales. Cannot think of any downsides to remark upon,the tight parking seems to be accepted and managed by the residents without a hint of drama. Just be careful the towns tempting bakeries don’t leave you weighing more than when you arrived.. Highly recommended,pretty sure I will return.

North wales is always a pleasure.
Weather very good visited the beach on Anglesey and at Llandudno and the zoo at Colwyn Bay, but one of the daily highlights is icecream from Conwy and fish and chips from Wooseys. .

Spotlessly clean, functional, comfortable home with very good wifi in an excellent location. This was a great base for our family for the week to see Conwy by foot and North Wales by car. Hosts were very helpful, and I can’t stress enough how clean it was.

Thanks so much we love to hear when guests are really happy with their stay. And that you felt comfortable with the level of cleanliness...we always clean top to bottom and we just keep up the standards all the time to the best of our ability now using anti bac in all areas and leaving lots of supplies out so that guests can also do it themselves if they should need extra peace of mind.We change the cutlery tray every time now and have bagged all the bedding in the bedding box so it stays extra clean. Great little cottage
Great little place to have as a base for exploring the Conwy, Landudno and Colwyn Bay areas. We couldn't really do this due to the coronavirus social distancing measures coming into effect as we began our stay, but can't fault the property and communication from the owner throughout. Would definitely recommend and consider going back I the future to try again!

There's everything you need at the house. Comfortable beds, good shower and a well-equipped kitchen. The courtyard could be made more inviting with some plants, but otherwise perfect. Conwy is beautiful and there are some lovely walks close by.
