Front desk lady was nice & polite at check in. In town for ball tournament, 5mins or less from the field-so very convenient. Several breakfast options. Hotel was clean, bedding clean. Weird smell getting off elevator on 2nd floor-sprayed some air freshener. Took longer than I think it should have for room to cool down. Overall-great stay though. Will return again when playing at Don Owen fields.

The smell was awful on the entire floor we stayed on. We had 2 rooms and had to go to Walmart to get febreeze spray and candles to help with the smell. We won't be staying there again. It's unfortunate because we travel to Conway several times a year. We will be going back to Fairfield Inn on our next trip

Not impressed.
I was less than happy with how small your suites are. Then again, Micro-tel, i guess i should have known. Shame your prices aren't as small as your rooms.

Other than someone trying to burn down the hotel at 538am (lol, they burnt toast in the breakfast area) and the smoke/fire alarm briefly going off, It was a great stay.

Good value for the money.
Very clean. Friendly staff. Hotel seemed to be well maintained. Room was a little small but we weren't in it that much, so this was not an issue. Would have enjoyed some eggs at breakfast otherwise it was good. Good value for the money. Would stay again.

I'd stay her again in a heartbeat.
We arrived at 10pm room was ready. Very clean. Very nice. Hotel front desk was awesome. Nice simple breakfast, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, and toast or bagel. Simple but clean and nice.
