- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property
- This property sleeps 8 adult guests in 6 beds, but the maximum occupancy is flexible by 2 children, totaling up to 10 guests (8 adults + 2 children)
- Sheets are not provided for the portable crib
- While the nearest beach is within walking distance, the development is hilly. It is recommended that you drive because there is free and ample parking in the lots
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is on the front of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera is on the side of the home facing the side yard, and 1 camera is on the back of the home facing the backyard. They do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion
-The hot tub is cleaned and sanitized before every guest arrival
