Guests have private access to the entire Main House, including all 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, spacious living areas, full kitchen, laundry area, and private fenced outdoor space. Free on-site parking and convenient self check-in are provided.

The Main House is connected to a separate private Guest Suite, which may be occupied by other guests. Each accommodation has its own private entrance and living space. The U-shaped driveway and designated parking areas are shared, so please park only in the spaces provided in your arrival instructions and keep the driveway clear.

**The swimming pool and Guest Suite outdoor area are not included with the Main House reservation and are off-limits to Main House guests.** Pool access is reserved exclusively for guests who have booked the Guest Suite.


The Main House offers spacious living areas and a unique 4-bedroom, 4-bath layout designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups of up to 10.

**Primary Suite:** At approximately **500 sq. ft.**, the oversized primary suite feels like a private retreat of its own. It features a comfortable bed, large sectional sofa and sitting area, TV, generous closet space, and **two private attached bathrooms**—giving guests plenty of room to relax and unwind.

**Second Bedroom:** A comfortable private bedroom with its own TV and plenty of space to settle in.

**Upstairs Bedroom:** A spacious bedroom with comfortable sleeping accommodations and its own TV.

**Bunk Room / Fourth Bedroom:** The fourth sleeping space is a cozy bunk room designed for additional guests. **The bunk room is accessed by walking through the adjoining upstairs bedroom**, making this arrangement especially well suited for families, children, teens, or groups comfortable sharing access between the rooms.

**Living Areas:** Spacious gathering areas provide plenty of room for everyone to relax together or spread out. TVs are available throughout the home's living spaces as well as in the bedrooms.

**Kitchen & Dining:** The full kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing meals, with dining space for gathering together.

**Bathrooms:** The home features **4 full bathrooms**, including two private bathrooms attached to the oversized primary suite—an especially convenient feature for larger groups.

**Laundry:** A dedicated washer and dryer are available for Main House guests.

**Outdoor Space:** Guests have access to the Main House's private fenced outdoor area and designated parking. The swimming pool and Guest Suite outdoor area are separate and are not included with the Main House reservation.

A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. Free on-site parking is available, and the property offers convenient access to I-45 for easy travel throughout Conroe, The Woodlands, Lake Conroe, and the greater Houston area.

Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are available in the area. Car rentals are available in Conroe, The Woodlands, and at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), approximately 35–45 minutes away depending on traffic.

Public transportation is limited in this area, so guests should plan to drive or use rideshare services for most trips.
