«Overall, we had a great stay! The house was clean, with the exception of a few bug intruders that might just be unavoidable with such a great wooded location. The solo stove provided made for a great opportunity to make s'mores and enjoy a fire outdoors one evening. «Very comfortable and attractive home away from home. I was there for 31 days . From snow melt to blooming Magnolias and daffodils ! A great private location with trees all around . Plenty of parking. Comfortable furniture. Fireplace . Very little traffic on the road infront. Recommended.»

«It started with Carol and Pete bring us the most delicious home made scones for our breakfast for the next three mornings. The house was so beautiful and well equipped for all your needs. The grounds are well maintained and are the home to donkeys, chickens ( that will provide you with fresh eggs) emus & some neighbors cows.The atmosphere is nothing but peaceful. The only bad part of the weekend was having to leave, but we plan and hope to return.»

«This place was amazing! It has such a sense of calm and peace and was perfect for our family get-together. The bedrooms were spacious. We appreciated the snacks and whoopie pies provided. Derrick responded quickly to our questions about some light switches. It was convenient to our sightseeing adventures in the Lancaster area. Beautiful setting with the horse farm next door and the Amish buggies going by. Would definitely stay there again!»

«The Riverhouse was the perfect place for my solo getaway to take in all of what the area has to offer. There was much to enjoy on the property including the hot tub, huge deck, modern bathroom and kitchen with just about everything you can imagine, enormous TV in the family room, and convenient off-street parking. The views of the river were awe-inspiring and he sunsets are truly amazing. Josh was very responsive via both text and phone when needed. I would highly recommend staying here to ...

«The home is great. The hosts are wonderful, accommodating, and quickly responsive to questions- they even gave food recommendations. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the heart of Amish country. The neighborhood is not great for walking, but there are sidewalks directly adjacent to the house, and you can walk safely around the block. We found hiking trails at Money Rocks County Park in the Welsh Mountains (about 30 minutes) that we did not try... yet. And we found a wonderful park within 5 minutes ...
