«Sugiero que se este más al pendiente de las reservaciones en línea para que la espera en el check-in sea menos; la verdad es que no me agrado mucho que a nuestra llegada la habitación no estuviera lista y que por ello nos hayan dado otra habitación, entiendo que hayan tenido contratiempos pero creo que fueron bastantes en nuestra estancia, ya que también tuvimos escases de agua por no decir nula. «I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First, they gave me a wrong room—I had booked a quadruple, but they gave me a single. Then, I found a cookie inside a drawer, and a cockroach actually came out of it. To make matters worse, one of the sinks was also not working. The rooms were not clean at all. I expected a much better experience—definitely won’t be returning.»

«The buffet was horrible! Good luck getting a reservation at the restaurants. The hotel is showing its age. Paid for all inclusive but had to leave the hotel for all meals. Get a Airbnb or just go to a different hotel. Don’t waste your money!!

«When we booked hotel it said that it was family friendly and it most definite was not. It had multiple pools that were adult only, there was only one very very small pool for children most arras where not accesible or kid friendly. A la carte restaurants did not allowed children. We stayed 4d/3n and unable to dine at any of the a la carte restaurants. Also the childrens club was only for kids 5 and up dont remember max age but we couldnt bring our 3 year old to be watch and enjoy the amenities ...
