Welcome to our completely renovated family home, located in the peaceful district of Beuzec-Conq, just a few minutes from the Ville Close, the beaches of Concarneau and the coastal paths.

With an area of 135 m² (part dedicated to your trip), this bright and warm house combines the charm of a cottage spirit with all modern comforts. Designed for stays with family or friends, it offers beautiful volumes, a neat decoration and an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.

The house can accommodate up to 6 travellers and includes:

• 2 bedrooms with double bed
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
• 1 bathroom with shower and bath
• 1 separate toilet
• A large bright living room
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A playroom for children and large
• A laundry area with washing machine and dryer (located in the basement)

For families travelling with a young child, a cot with mattress, and a high chair are available.

Beds are prepared before your arrival and linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels and bath mats) so that you can fully enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive.

Outside, There are two terraces, barbecue facilities and an enclosed garden. As the landscaping is very recent, the vegetation and lawn are still developing, but you will already benefit from a quiet and pleasant setting to relax or share a meal in the open air.

To enhance your holiday, several games and leisure facilities are available: board games, poker, Breton shuffleboard, Cornhole, as well as a paddle to enjoy the coastline and the nautical pleasures of the region.

The house also has 2 to 3 private parking spaces just in front of the entrance.

Please note: all the living spaces are located on the first floor. A staircase leads upstairs, currently unfitted and closed to travellers.

As the fibre connection is being installed following the recent renovation of the house, a Wi-Fi and TV solution is available during this transitional period (orange pebble with wifi and TV).

Between the countryside and the ocean, Le Hameau de Beuzec is the ideal starting point to discover Concarneau, its famous Ville Close, its beaches, its markets, the coastal paths and the treasures of South Finistère.
