To your left, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine ensures your comfort.The modular main living space then unfolds. It includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen (featuring a Nespresso pod coffee machine), a cozy dining area, and a living room corner with a sofa bed (140x190 cm mattress). The layout optimizes the space to provide a practical and comfortable living environment.On sunny days, you’ll enjoy the balcony with its magnificent view of Rodel Beach. Perfect for savoring breakfast or a snack in an idyllic setting, the balcony also features a sheltered area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors even in less favorable weather.For your convenience, a private, numbered parking space (No. 15) is available at the foot of the building.
