Unfortunately, this cabin was not worth the added costs. Telling your guests the day before through an email that they don't provide towels anywhere, kitchen or otherwise, was a major issue for me and my guest as we had already been commuting for miles before we got the notice. The cabin had random wads of paper towels in a few rooms, and every air unit was turned on full blast making the cabin extremely cold when we arrived. The oven had also been left on, despite the instructions stating guests needed to turn off all appliances before leaving. While the cabin looked nice, the front porch was really dusty and we never got to enjoy it. There's chips and unfinished paint marks everywhere, but the biggest flaw was not even having a hand towel to wash our hands in the bathroom with. I don't think this property is worth the added fees tacked onto the rate to be quite honest. Also, the owner ended up giving us the wrong code to the lock box the day of check in. Thankfully, the code provided by Evolve actually worked otherwise we would have been stranded outside at night. It wasn't until the next day that we got the right code from the actual owner, again, defeating the purpose of getting inside on ACTUAL check in day.
