Wonderful villa located in Conca dei Marini on the Amalfi Coast, an Italian village far from the noise and chaos. A few kilometers away it is possible to reach Amalfi and Positano, but also all the other locations that this wonderful place offers. The villa has access via a flight of stairs consisting of 215 steps, upon your arrival downhill. But by continuing up the steps you can reach the center of the town where there are restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
The villa consists of a large living room with sofa bed and wonderful balcony overlooking the sea, 2 double bedrooms each of which has a private bathroom, equipped kitchen and independent double bedroom with private bathroom.
The jewel of this villa is its new swimming pool, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view. The pool area has ceramic benches, tables, chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas.
Beyond this area, there are 2 other relaxation areas. One consisting of a large table, chairs, shade cover and barbecue. The other consists of other tables and comfortable outdoor sofas. You can also access the gardens where you can find, depending on the period, lemons to pick.
The closest beach is Conca dei Marini, reachable with a pleasant walk along the town steps or with a shuttle service.
