Hyggelig og sentralt hotell.
Fint rom og glimrende beliggenhet, men ikke et sted for deg som liker å legge deg tidlig. Mye musikk og festbråk (lørdag).

Fint hotell, litt dårlig service
Det som trekker litt ned er servicen. De har ikke frokostservering på hotellet men en bar i samme bygning som de har en avtale med. Servicen der var diskutabel, til tider direkte sur betjening. Vi kom 30 min for tidlig til check in, og ble møtt av en ganske brysk dame som ba oss om å komme tilbake 30 min senere. Ingen invitasjon til å sette oss ned i baren og vente.. Når vi kom tilbake 30 min senere var rommet fortsatt ikke klart, men denne gangen tilbød de oss å vente 30 min til 1 time i baren??? Etter litt om og men tok de bagasjen så vi kunne spise lunsj mens de gjorde rommet ferdig. Rommet var fint, god beliggenhet, men servicen.. tja?

Moderne og minimalistisk. Bra beliggenhet i byen. Nærhet til båt, tog, bane. Fin bar i 1.etasje. Komfortabel junior suite, balkong (med fluer på kvelden)og air conodion. Veldig god seng, åpen baderomsløsning. Ingen minibar, Ingen restaurant, ingen matservering.

Very clean, boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Great location. Nothing fancy but has everything needed for a pleasant stay in Como. The cafe at the hotel was outstanding.

We had a room in the last (5th) floor but there was an elevator only to the 4th floor. There was a strange small in the room.. not sure what it was. Small TV [I know why would anyone come to Como to watch TV.. but TV sets are very inexpensive these days and the hotel could afford to get a nicer one!] . The service at the restaurant was rather slow. Apart from these small issues the location is great.

Buona struttura in centro, peccato che non è accessibile perché si trova in zona limitata , sul sito della Prenotazione inserendo i parametri accessibilità, parcheggio me lo dava come Disponibile e gratuita. così come la Colazione , Purtroppo non è stato così in quanto il parcheggio indicato dalla struttura era a 300 mt dal locale e a pagamento 20€ a notte così pure la colazione al bar a pagamento,nota di biasimo anche per la pulizia polvere ovunque …. Capisco le zone non facilmente accessibili ma almeno il televisore e il ripiano sotto il lavabo del bagno ….. poca cura dei dettagli peccato perché il servizio bar è ottimo

I love this place. The staff are so friendly, professional and always so happy. Location is outstanding and the vibe in the bar and restaurant area is so relaxing. Rooms are very stylish, comfortable and clean. Why stay anywhere else when visiting COMO. Shopping is literally on your door step.

Perfekt ophold i byen
Godt hotel midt i Como by. Vi parkerede ca 400m fra stedet i et P hus. Man kan godt køre hen til hotellet og læsse bagage af, man skal bare være opmærksom på at mange veje er ikke for biler. Vi havde alt det vi gerne ville opleve i gåafstand. Selvom hotellet er midt i byen og ovenpå en bar, var vi overraskede over at støjniveauet ikke var højere, vi kunne sagtens sove, med vinduerne lukkede. Alt i alt perfekt byophold for os, vi anbefaler gerne.

The hotel ended up being overbooked since we booked at the last minute. The hostess was very helpful and had already reserved us an upgraded room at a different hotel owned by the same company. Although we didn’t stay at this specific location, we had a very good experience and the other hotel was charming and comfortable. I imagine since they are owned by the same company this would be the same. They certainly went above and beyond on customer service for us!
