Bedrooms: Five upstairs bedrooms consisting of a master bedroom with a luxury ensuite bathroom. Two spacious double rooms, twin room and a single bedroom more suitable for children.

Bathrooms: Three upstairs bathrooms/shower rooms. The master ensuite bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and sink. The second family bathroom has a bath, separate shower towel rail, WC and sink. There is also a small shower room and sink on the first floor and a downstairs cloakroom loo and on the ground floor.

Kitchen: Open plan, well equipped, bar style kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and electric hob and oven. This is a sociable kitchen and at the centre of the house that has a dining table and a sitting area. This room opens out onto the garden.

Sitting Room: Three sitting rooms. One very large sitting room with a piano, tv, table football and a log burner. A second sitting room with comfy sofas. A snug which is ideal if the grownups want the kids to have their own space. There is also a sitting area in the kitchen.

Dining: Ground floor dining room with a large dining room that can seat 10 people. There is a fireplace here and door that opens out onto the garden.

Utility Room: The utility which has all the washing facilities and an additional sink.
