We are a small team based here in Columbus and led by a husband/wife duo. We have a contract with the apartment community that allows us to rent this place to folks who need the convenience of a fully furnished home for a flexible month to month stay.

This apartment is located in a beautiful modern apartment community called Albany Glen. It's perfectly situated in the New Albany area; just 5 minutes' drive from countless restaurants, shopping areas, and more.

20 minutes to Intel
20 minutes from downtown
20 minutes to Polaris (JP Morgan Chase, etc.)
10 minutes to Big Lots HQ
10 minutes from Easton Town Center
20 minutes from OSU / OSU Medical Center

You can walk to a park (with playground and walking path), as well as couple of the area's best restaurants: High Bank Distillery, and The Barn At Rocky Fork Creek.

As our guest, you'll enjoy access to all the complimentary amenities at the clubhouse...including the fully-equipped fitness center, the coffee barista machine, business center, and outdoor pool.

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. Once you book, you'll receive a message from us with full check-in details including the address + your code for the keypad at our front door. We change this code for every guest. Finding this apartment is super easy (your GPS will take you straight to it), and you can arrive whenever you want after check-in time. As our guest, you will also have access to the community fitness center and pool areas.

Please note that this is a totally pet-free rental (pets aren't permitted inside the apartment at any time, even for just a few minutes) due to brand new carpet and premium furniture. If a pet will be joining you, just message us - we have other rentals that are pet-friendly. :)

Not sure how long you'll need to stay? We've got you! We are happy to provide extra flexibility if needed so that you can extend month-to-month without having to worry about availability. Just let us know what you need.

Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie.
