We have stayed multiple times before, close to our family and grandkids. This visit was below par. I was told before traveling that we would have a ground floor room. One in the party was using a walker and mobility challenged. With the elevator that workout okay. A request was made in the morning after our first night's stay to tighten a very loose toilet seat and to bring in a desk chair for the workstation in the room. Neither happened. The next day I took out my multi tool and fixed the loose toilet seat in less than a minute. No chair through the 3 nights. On the second day the waffle mix was drained out. We asked to have it refilled but got a blank look and nada. Later in the morning some else came and refilled it but we were done. The property is well located and quiet. The bed was great!!! This ice machine was not working. The vending machine was empty. There had been a major snowfall a week before but most of the parking spaces still had half a foot of snow in them. There was a car parked blocking part of the space in front of the main entry from Thursday evening when we checked in, until Sunday morning when we checked out and it was gone. We will not be staying here again.
