The staff was really kind & professional.the rooms and facility is clean. Housekeeping was very thorough in cleaning the rooms. There is no elevator to the second floor especially for handicapped individuals. The parking lot is terrible it needs to be paved. Our stay was pleasant!

The staff are trying to make the rooms better By replacing furnishing. Breakfast is marginal and the same every morning. Several ice machines were not working. The area around the facility is questionable as the area looks run down. The pool hasn’t worked for years.

I travel a lot for work. Normally I’m ok here it’s a little sketchy but not bad. This time was bad and I felt very unsafe. Even at 4 in the afternoon brining things in through the front. There were several sets of guys sitting in their cars all around the property drinking, smoking pot, and blasting their music. I thought it was would be just the one day as it’s normally not like this. But it was all 3 days I was there and it didn’t matter which door I was going in. I had one guy following me in one of the days and walked all the was to the front lobby from the back to get him to stop following me. I also didn’t see the normal people there working. I can say as a single female traveling for work I will not be likely to come back.

All I can tell you is, if you don't know Columbus, OH, this is in a "bad" part of town. There is a Dollar store and a pawn shop close by, and other local businesses had bars on the window, if that tells you anything. Parking lot was small, awkward and in disrepair. Shady people hanging out by the entrance. I didn't even go in, just drove away and found another hotel far, far away.

We arrived late and the check in was very smooth. We were going to use the WiFi but the lady forgot to give us the info and the room phone did not work. The room was clean, refrigerator worked great. Great room for what we needed.

Not just the front reception, but the entire hotel smelt of fresh smoked marijuana. The hotel stunk. The room itself was clean but nothing fancy or nice. The 70” TV power cable hung down the wall like a student residence at university or college. My wife said that if I was not there with her she would not stay there. For a large Hotel chain, I was quite surprised by the unprofessional first impression of this property as I have stayed at many La Quinta Inns over the past years. This one in Columbus Ohio was poorly managed. I would not stay here again with so many other options available. Too Bad. :(

The stay was nice. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It’s quiet around there and the staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty good too. The only issue is they didn’t have an iron in the room and we had to ask for one. Also, we asked for extra towels but never received the extras.
