The home sits on a quiet street in Franklinton; guests mention a little park with a playground across the street and a convenience store nearby. Our fall picks: the Short North Arts District (about 7 min), COSI (about 4 min), the Greater Columbus Convention Center (about 5 min) and Ohio State's campus (about 6 min). It is a short drive or rideshare to the action, not a walk.

BEDROOMS
Three bedrooms are on the second floor. Bedroom 1: king bed, colorful accents, big closet, 43 inch Roku TV. Bedroom 2: king bed in calm blue tones, 55 inch Roku TV, closet with the pack n play, stroller and child safety items. Bedroom 3: queen bed, ensuite bath, 55 inch Roku TV. The fourth bedroom has the top floor to itself with two queen beds, a cozy reading nook and a 55 inch Roku TV.

BATHROOMS
Second floor: a full bath with tiled walk-in shower and a full bath with tub and shower combo. Top floor: tiled walk-in shower, double vanity and exposed brick. Main floor: half bath with the washer and dryer, plus laundry soap, vacuum, broom, iron and board.

KITCHEN
Crock Pot, Instant Pot, rice maker, air fryer, blender and plenty of cookware for big group dinners. Butter, sugar, baking soda and condiments are in the fridge, and the coffee bar has whole bean and ground coffee, K-cups, cream, sweeteners and tea.

BACKYARD
Fall nights are made for the fire pit, with seats around the fire and four more on the back patio.
