Q: Will we hear train noise?
A: The railway is a central feature of the city's rich industrial history. Like many homes in the area, we are located adjacent to the tracks, and you will hear occasional freight trains pass by. Because the home is double-walled and double-insulated, the interior stays very quiet. We also provide high-end Snooz Pro white noise machines and earplugs in every bedroom so you can enjoy a perfect, uninterrupted sleep.

Q: How does the EV charging work?
A: We provide a dedicated 220V Level 2 EV charging outlet (NEMA 14-50) located inside the garage. Please note that this is an outlet only, so you must bring your own mobile charging cable/connector to plug into your vehicle.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We currently have a strict NO PETS policy to maintain an allergy-free environment. After booking, you will receive a required link to BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening) to either confirm you are arriving pet-free or to submit an accommodation request for a registered service animal/ESA. This quick process is completely FREE for our guests.

The entire space is yours to enjoy. Please, make yourself at home. The only restricted area is the utility room in the unfinished part of the basement.

Q: Where can we park?
A: Parking is completely free and easy! We offer full access to a private two-car garage equipped with an EV-ready 220V outlet. If you are bringing additional vehicles, there is also open street parking available right outside the property.

Q: Can I check-in early/check-out late?
A: This can only be confirmed day of, and depending on the length, there could be a fee.

Our home is nestled in a safe, and established urban micro-neighborhood.

You will love the classic urban charm of the surrounding old houses and tree-lined streets. Because this area has rich industrial roots (which includes the historic railway located right by our property!), you get an authentic, local Columbus experience while remaining close to the city’s best attractions.

Whether you want to take a short stroll to grab a local craft beer at Yellow Springs Brewery, catch a movie at Studio 35, or take a quick 5-minute Uber to a Buckeyes game, you are right in the center of the action.

Getting around is incredibly easy whether you are walking, driving, or catching an Uber to the game.

Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Agreements: Within 48 hours of booking (or 2 hours for last-minute stays), all guests must sign our digital rental agreement and complete a PetScreening—even if traveling pet-free or with a service animal.

Hot Tub: Shower before entering. Keep the cover fully on when not in use. Children must be supervised at all times. Follow instructions provided on the garage wall plate and digital guidebook.

House Rules: Absolutely no parties, no pets, no indoor smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes.

Security: For your safety, 4 motion-activated floodlight exterior cameras monitor the perimeter (backyard, side yard, side alley, and front). There are NO cameras indoors.
