Charming doesn’t begin to describe this lovely property, which is in the ideal location for exploring what the German Village has to offer. The photos do not do this listing justice! It is cozy, well-stocked, whimsical yet grounded, and makes you feel immediately at home. You can tell that thought was put into this home, and no expenses spared to ensure high-quality touches. The beds and bedding were phenomenal; they were so comfortable it made me not want to leave them. I loved the added touch of fresh flowers in the kitchen as well.There was so much serene, natural lighting with all the windows that we didn't even need to turn lights on during the day. The curtains blocked the light wonderfully at night when needed however. The porch and entrance were private and so peaceful. We'd never been to this area, and the host recommended some places that we did not regret visiting. I also cannot say enough how sweet and thoughtful the host, Corey, was and how much more special his kindness made our trip. Thank you for that! He even asked how we enjoyed different things and was personal, while still keeping communication up to us (not at all invasive, etc). There were so many restaurants, coffee shops, a park, and more within walking distance. We were there for a concert at Kimba Live and it was an inexpensive, 10-minute Uber drive from the cottage. I would absolutely love to stay again in the future, and really did feel at home. The cottage was so unique and wonderful.
