«Nice and cozy lodge at a great location by the river. Short walk to the Main Street where the restaurants are. Nice view of the mountains from the room.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure.
Staff were nice and helpful. The free snacks and drinks were a nice touch.
It seems like some good people run this place. Would 100% stay here again next time I visit Golden.»

«Very nice propoerty, did not have much time to enjoy the beatiful views from the property due to our schedule and 1 nignt stay. Getting to the location after sunset can be a challenge, especially if there are repairs planned for approach bridge.»

«The washroom was not cleaned up to standard. There was a ring of residue in the toilet bowl and smelled of urine. One of the beds had a booger on the bed sheets. The other had some stains and hair. There is no deadbolt on the door. At time of arrival, we found that our balcony door was also left unlocked. We were not provided with a soap bar in the washroom. The mattresses simply sit on top of a plank of wood, not comfortable. Did not enjoy my experience and will not book there again.»

«For over $400, I expected more than a motel-style room with a dirty bathroom floor, the smell of old cigarettes and a solitary bath towel. The 12+ hour power outage was not their fault, but there was no offer of a flash light, wake up call, phone charger or anything else!»
