Large, Farmhouse Style Cottage near Lake Cumberland State Resort Park, Perfect for a Kentucky Summer Holiday

This sweet, cottage-like house is the perfect place for a family vacation or getaway. The bedrooms are spacious with a separate living room, dining room, kitchen and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and cooking and dining basics. There is close and convenient parking.



Our guests let us know that they prefer their own private farmhouse with convenient parking, in a relaxed setting such as ours, instead of the big box experience at any hotel. Our property is private, and conveniently located one mile outside of the city of Columbia, Kentucky. Lindsey Wilson College, great fishing, watersports, hiking, and sight-seeing are all minutes from our location. Our mission is to provide a warm and inviting space for a memorable experience.

Parking is free on the property. There is an entrance and exit so traffic can flow easy. Parking is beside your Cabin or Home. Enjoy!



No smoking:



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our cabins, houses, or tiny homes.

A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs within the premises.



Pet-friendly policy:



We welcome guests traveling with pets to our accommodations.

Please ensure your pets are well-behaved, supervised, and cleaned up after.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.



Cleaning and damages:



Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as they found it.

Any damages caused by guests or their pets will be charged accordingly.



Maximum occupancy:



Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for each accommodation.

Additional guests or pets must be approved in advance.



Quiet hours:



Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM CST to 8:00 AM CST to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and their pets during their stay.
