I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in May, prior to Memorial Day. The location is good, safe, large room and free parking. It was a perfect place to sleep while exploring My Colorado Springs.

No pet policy was not on Expedia information and not on motel website. It was a small sign in the lobby. I had to cancel, so far, no refund.

We understand that you may have accidentally not seen our pet policy that is posted on our listing on Expedia, however it is there under the Pets header found on our listing which you would see prior to booking. We posted this policy to help avoid this exactly type of confusion. As we understand that misunderstandings may still occur, we actually are allowing you to cancel this reservation. However, as it was booked via Expedia we need them to contact our property to request the cancellation, which to date they unfortunately still have not done. That would need to be completed first before they issue your refund. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to our guests and we were hoping that by posting our policy in advance and being willing to help work with you, you may have provided a more favorable review for our team. We are staying at this motel to get reacclimated to the high altitude. This property was given a high rating at a reasonable price. The room is large and the beds are comfortable. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a lot of places for sightseeing. The breakfast is marginal but you are warned of that before you get here. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone staying in the area.

The views from this place was amazing. Step outside your room and you’re beholding some spectacular views. Very picturesque and full of nature. Not too far away is a very cute little town full of interesting mom and pop shops selling everything. The price the time of year I went was a steal!

We had a wonderful stay at Manitou Villa Motel. The room was clean and well stocked. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets for our beds. They provided K-cups for coffee and a microwave and good sized refrigerator. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. The motel is directly across the street from the bus stop that will take you to the Cog Railway or the Manitou Incline so there was no need to pay for parking for either of those activities. We will definitely stay here again for future visits to the Colorado Springs area.

Lovely little place - clean, comfortable rooms and good bed. The breakfast was on the weak side - bagels, pastries, coffee and juice, and there was nowhere to eat in the office where it was set up. You had to put your stuff together and then take it back to your room to eat. The surrounding area was quite nice with a park across the street and it was fairly quiet, even being on the main road.
