Expansive windows flood the space with natural light, offering mountain views that enhance the ambiance. The seamless flow into the kitchen and dining area makes it perfect for gathering with family and friends.

The modern kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a spacious island with seating for four. A drip coffee maker, Keurig, and a fully stocked spice rack are provided for your convenience. The adjacent dining area includes a large wooden table that comfortably seats up to six guests—perfect for shared meals and celebrations with stunning views as your backdrop.

The primary en-suite, located on the main floor, boasts a freestanding soaking tub with a luxurious bathtub tray, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity—creating a spa-like retreat. Two additional full bathrooms are located in the basement, offering comfort and convenience for guests. A half bathroom is situated on the main floor for easy access.

The basement level includes a dedicated laundry area with high-efficiency Samsung washer and dryer, plus overhead cabinetry for added storage—perfect for long stays.

Please note that the BBQ grill is currently out of service and not available for guest use at this time. 🚫 Elevator Access

The private elevator is not available for guest use and will remain locked during your stay. All floors are accessible via interior stairs.

Guests must park on the street or use the 2-car garage, which is accessible by opening it from the inside. The driveway is not available for parking.

🤫 House Rules & Community Guidelines: This home is located in a quiet residential community. To maintain the peace of our neighborhood, we ask that you please follow all house rules, including strictly observing quiet hours and avoiding loud or late-night activities. No parties or large gatherings are permitted without prior approval. Please refer to your house rules and rental agreement for full details regarding noise policies and community expectations.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.

Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
