Nice clean quiet. Only warm water in the morning. I should have had my shower before everyone else not a big deal. No green space for our dog. However it wasn’t very far up the street that we found one.

If you visited a Super8 in the 80s, this hasn't changed since then. No frills, very clean room. Breakfast wasn't as big as some other places, however the waffle maker worked properly, there was juice, milk, yogurts, cereal and apples. we received daily maid service, and everything there worked. It's a small property so quick in and out. There was a bit of residual pot smell in the hallway, and some new mattresses would be nice. Conveniently located near lots of stores and restaurants.

Very strange and unusual people roaming in area. My wife was very uneasy. The whole area had trash everywhere. Canceled my room and left. Went to a safer area.

This motel is great the staff is very nice and are helpfull. The general manager Awmed is the most understanding and kind person he's awesome!! I would recommend this motel to all my family and friends when they come in to Colorado springs Colorado. The property is a little older but in great condition still the rooms are really large we had a king size bed which was really large and comfy with comfy pillows aathere is a mini fridge and microwave in the room also it has is own heater and a/c unit in the room also a small coffee maker It's so quiet in this area so you can get your rest when you're really tired and want to just get away. Walmart and several restaurants are right across the street the mall is like a 7 min walk. I felt safe in this motel and the door locks securely. I've stayed at other hotels and motels in Colorado springs and this is one of the best for a 2 star motel. The rooms are really clean and the towels are fluffy and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was good they had cereal cold and hot also boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels and various bread for toasting they also have a waffle maker with warm syrup they have orange juice and coffee and milk they also had fresh apples. If your looking for a place to stay near the Air force Academy this is the place to stay its very close to the Academy and it's right off of I-25

Very clean staff was helpful and caring large room and huge king size bed the bed was hard but the pillows were perfect the area around the property was awesome Walmart is right across the street and several restaurants within walking distance is very close to the mall and public transportation I would recommend this property to friends and family and I would stay again

Hotel is not clean well
The hotel was dirty bed sheets had holes from smokers carpet was dirty. I could not breathe from the nasty smell in the hallways and mold smell from the AC. My throat was closing I had to leave and not get refunded my money.

The appliances for the room and hotel are outdated. Things from the doors to the tub were old and needed to be remodeled. Staff were nice. The receptionist when I checked in said that he needed a $50 but would only accept cash, which is odd as nowhere on the reservation or the hotel rules said that was the case. Carpet was dirty and we found three dark, coarse hairs on the bedsheets before even getting into the bed. The area was alright but the parking lot was tiny.

You get what you pay for
Place was kinda clean. My door didn’t close completely, as the latch and deadbolt were a ways from being able to completely close the door. There was about a quarter inch gap even with the door locked and latched…enough to see the lights on from outside the door through the door frame. All of the soaps and toiletries were in pumps mounted to the wall. It was difficult to take a shower because only a drop of soap came out at the time. The plumbing in the bathroom was all loose. I took a shower with about half the water because the other half was still coming out of the bath spigot.

For the price, I thought it was a good hotel. The lobby and room were clean, big tv, plenty of towels, etc. The property is run down though as the outside needs cleaned up and there was an old truck out front with a side window smashed. It had bern there a while. My comforter had two cigarette burns in it. So while I can list some improvements, I had a good experience for a quick overnight stay while traveling.

stopped up bathroom sink (which makes us wonder if it every got cleaned as they would have noticed if they had cleaned it, no soap in shower, low water pressure, door security chain broken, unsavory characters always sitting outside the door at night drinking and drugging, breakfast staff didn't keep the food filled and tables and counter was always dirty, would not stay again.

The room was large but the carpet was very dirty and it looked like the vanity had been torn from the wall. Paint used to cover something on walls wasn't the correct finish. Not someplace I would stay again.

There was an unpleasant odor and my husband started coughing as soon as we walked into our room. Staff was inconsiderate an unwilling to provide any accommodations to make our stay more pleasant. I do not recommend this hotel.
