1. **Security Deposit.** A standard **refundable $250** hold on your card, fully released after checkout if no damage occurs.

PET RULES:
- CONTACT US with a dog description prior to booking
- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $70 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $20/night/pet
- Limited to 1 dog; 20 lbs max
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for dog/s. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation

HOT TUB RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Hot Tub Hours: The Hot Tub can be used typically from 5 am until 10 pm. The Tub must be covered when not in use. Please follow these hours to ensure other guests' and neighbors' comfort and privacy.
- Maximum Occupancy: The Hot Tub has a maximum occupancy limit of 4 people at any time. Please do not exceed this limit to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment.
- Age Restriction: The Hot Tub is only available to guests who are 13 years old or older. MINORS must always be supervised by a responsible adult while using the jacuzzi.
- Health and Safety Precautions: Before using the Hot Tub, please shower and rinse off any oils, lotions, or sunscreens. Avoid using the Hot Tub if you have open cuts, wounds, or contagious conditions. Also, please don't use the Hot Tub if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medications that may cause drowsiness or affect judgment.
- DO NOT jump or dive into the Hot Tub, as it can cause serious injuries.
- DO NOT bring glass or sharp objects into the Hot Tub area.
- DO NOT adjust or tamper with the Hot Tub settings, including temperature controls or jets, without prior permission.
- DO NOT use the Hot Tub during severe weather conditions such as thunderstorms or high winds.
- DO NOT add chemicals or substances to the jacuzzi water without authorization.
- Tub must be covered when not in use; please store cover when in use and keep out of the dirt or sand. The cover is not a seat to be used for sitting.
- You must wear swim trunks or a swimsuit. Please do not enter the hot tub with regular clothing on! This will create a lot of problems with the water itself.
- Liability and Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of their accompanying individuals while using the Hot Tub. The property owner and management team will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur before or after using the jacuzzi.
- Maintenance and Cleaning: The Hot Tub is regularly cleaned and maintained by our staff. To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, please follow these guidelines:
- RINSE OFF any sand or dirt before entering the Hot Tub.
- DO NOT use the Hot Tub if you have recently applied tanning oils, self-tanners, or similar products.
- DO NOT bring food, drinks, or smoking materials into the Hot Tub.
- DO NOT adjust or interfere with the Hot Tub’s filtration or heating systems.
-Guest Conduct: Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors by keeping noise levels and music to a minimum while using the Hot Tub. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in the immediate termination of Hot Tub usage.
-Guest Liability: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages caused to the Hot Tub, its components, or the surrounding area due to negligence or misuse.
-Reporting Issues: If you encounter any problems or issues with the Hot Tub, please let our property management team know as soon as possible. Please don't try to fix or modify the Hot Tub yourself.
