The Space:

WELCOME TO OUR SPACIOUS 4-BEDROOM, 2.5-BATHROOM HOUSE that seamlessly combines comfort and luxury. Immerse yourself in an unforgettable stay with carefully curated amenities and stylish interiors.

🍳 Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer simple meals, you'll find everything you need, including an Instapot, Crockpot, blender, food processor, coffee grinder, pour-over coffee maker, and a Keurig. :)

Bedroom 3: Our Queen bedroom offers a serene space with a comfortable queen-size bed. Unwind and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, waking up refreshed for a new day.

Bedroom 4: Perfect for families or larger groups, the fourth bedroom features a Queen bunk bed (2 Queen beds for sleeping), providing ample sleeping space for everyone. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of this charming room.

🛁 Bathrooms: Indulge in the convenience of three fully stocked bathrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space to freshen up and prepare for the day. Enjoy complimentary toiletries and a selection of fluffy towels for your comfort.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
