The Space:
This 650 sq. ft. second floor unit pairs clean, modern finishes with big mountain views, giving you a calm Manitou Springs base without feeling cramped. Large sliding glass doors, smooth tile flooring, and a soft neutral palette keep the space feeling bright, open, and easy to settle into, while warm textures and thoughtful décor add a comfortable touch throughout.

The living room features a comfortable sofa that converts to a bed, an accent chair, and a wall mounted Smart TV, all oriented toward the floor to ceiling sliding doors and the breathtaking mountain view beyond. Natural light fills the room throughout the day, and the open layout flows easily to the kitchenette and balcony. It is an inviting place to unwind with a movie at night or enjoy the quiet morning light over the hillside.

The compact kitchenette is designed for simple in home meals, with open wood shelving, dishes and glassware, a single burner cooktop, mini fridge, toaster oven, and sink. A coffee station with a single serve maker and a curated spice selection makes mornings easy, and the streamlined layout keeps everything within reach without overwhelming the room.

The private second floor balcony runs along the front of the unit and is furnished with cushioned seating, a low table, an outdoor cooler, seasonal greenery along the railing, and a new fire table for cooler evenings. A gas grill is available, and the view stretches across the park, town rooftops, and surrounding mountains, making it a beautiful place to enjoy the morning sun or take in the evening sky.

We are happy to host your dogs! There is a $100 fee per dog, and a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation unless otherwise approved. A small pet-friendly park right in front of the building makes walk times easy and convenient.
⚠️ STAIRWAY NOTICE
Access to the unit is via an outdoor staircase along the side of the building. The stairs have a steeper than usual incline due to the hillside layout, so we recommend taking your time, especially during wet or icy weather.

You will have one dedicated parking spot by the building for easy access throughout your stay. Street parking is not permitted in this area.

How do I access the unit?
The unit is located on the second floor. Access is via an exterior staircase along the side of the building. Please note that the stairs are steeper than average due to the mountain hillside, so we recommend taking your time.
What is the parking situation?
One dedicated parking spot is available in the driveway, a great perk in Manitou Springs! Two compact vehicles can fit front-to-back on the right side, but standard-sized vehicles and trucks should plan for one spot. For EV guests, there is a charging station within easy walking distance.
Is it really walkable to town?
Absolutely. It is a very short, convenient walk to the heart of Manitou Springs where you will find shops, restaurants, and the local heritage center.
What kitchen amenities are provided?
The kitchenette is perfect for simple meals, featuring a single burner cooktop, toaster oven, mini fridge, and a coffee station with a single serve maker.
Guest Access:
🏡 Property Access: You'll have full access to the entire second-floor unit, including both bedrooms, the living area, bathroom, kitchenette, dedicated workspace, and private balcony. The exterior stairway is shared with the rest of the building and with a portion of the SunWater Spa facilities next door, so you may occasionally see it being accessed. Please note: The first and third floors are not included with your stay. Once you reach the blue door, everything inside is private and for your use only. Even there was a little issue about the entrance key, the quick and prompt response solved the problem. The location is so nice, nice view of the Pikes Peak from the patio, the spring fountain is right in front of the place, close to the Garden of Gods and Safeway to get anything.
