The Space:

This comfortable duplex unit is laid out on a single level and designed for easy, everyday living. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, shared outdoor amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere, the space works well for couples, families, or small groups visiting Colorado Springs.

Is the backyard private?

The backyard, hot tub, and fire pit are shared with the neighboring duplex unit. However, your interior living space and entrance are completely private.



Are there TVs in the bedrooms?

To encourage rest and a true getaway experience, we feature a 50-inch Smart TV in the Living Room only.



How close is the lake?

You are in a premier location for outdoor access! Memorial Park and Prospect Lake are located directly across the street, just a few steps from your front door.

Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



⏰ Check-Out Policy: To respect our cleaning team’s schedule and ensure the home is perfect for the next guest, unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a fee of $20 per 30 minutes. We appreciate your understanding!
