Come stay at our beautiful private walkout basement apartment in NE Colorado Springs. We are located just minutes away from numerous restaurants, shopping, and the iconic sights of Colorado Springs. You will have private access to the entire basement apartment that includes a stocked kitchen with an induction cooktop. Relax in the beautiful living room with 55” Smart TV, quality sound system & Gas Fireplace. Sleep comfortably in one of two bedrooms: King-sized bed, Queen-Size Bed, & Queen-size memory foam pullout sleeper sofa.

We reside in the upper two levels of the home, but you will have a separate private entrance to the walkout basement apartment.
LIVING ROOM: Enjoy the 55” smart TV with wifi and quality sound system, so you can pick up streaming your favorite show right where you left off. The living room area has a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for extra sleeping space and a cozy gas fireplace to keep warm in the winter.
KITCHEN: We do not have an oven or a traditional stove. Our kitchen has an induction cook-top with a full array of spices, cooking utensils, pots, and pans! We also have a full-sized fridge, a microwave, and 4-slot toaster. Enjoy fresh coffee every morning from our Keurig stocked with coffee and creamer in the fridge!
BEDROOM 1: This large sized bedroom features a premium Sealy, King-sized mattress with luxurious white sheets/bedding, and a large walk-in closet.
BEDROOM 2: This bedroom features a great queen-sized bed with luxurious white sheets/bedding, and a large closet.
BATHROOM: The full bathroom is equipped with all standard toiletries including quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash hand-soap, and features a hairdryer, makeup removal towels, extra toilet paper and even emergency feminine products.
LAUNDRY: Catch up on laundry, wash those clothes after a stroll or bike ride along beautiful Sand Creek Trail or nearby hikes! There is a new washer & dryer unit located behind the dual sliding barn doors in Bedroom 1.
PATIO: We have a 4-person patio set with rocking chairs, a 13ft diameter sunshade umbrella, and propane fire pit right outside the French patio glass doors of the walkout basement apartment. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee out on the patio, while listening to the soothing cascade water feature! (Water feature will not run during winter months)
BACKYARD: Fire up the grill and cook out with your friends and family on the 5-burner propane grill in the fenced backyard. Cook s’mores around the propane fire pit and enjoy your evening under the beautiful Colorado sky. You are welcome to use our in-ground 15ft diameter trampoline, which includes safety netting. We reside in the upper two stories of the home, hence the backyard is shared with our family. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is totally up to you. If you happen to meet us or one of our 3 children, don’t hesitate to ask us any questions. We want you to feel like at home and enjoy your vacation in Colorado!

LEGAL: We are legally registered with the city! Rest assured that your booking won't be shut down and canceled at the last minute! Guest access You will have access to the entire private walkout basement apartment and all amenities in our amazing back yard. You will access the property through the side-fence gate adjacent to the 3rd bay garage. From there, walk-down to the private French Patio Door entrance to the basement apartment. Other things to note We have two parking spaces available for this property. One is on the driveway in front of the 3rd bay garage and the other is on the street in front of the home.
We are legally registered with the City of Colorado Springs! Rest assured that your booking won't be shut down at the last minute before your stay.

We had a great visit at this propriety. The yard is beautiful and the the accommodations were top notch. The bed was very comfy and had nice sheets and pillows! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.
Very nice and the hosts were quiet above us. Close proximity to a lot of things. The back yard has a nice fountain which was very relaxing to sit and listen too. I will definitely be staying here again.
Work trip, so just me, but my first thought was how much my wife would love the place, very nicely done yet very comfortable. Raul and Brenda (hosts) were great - readily available if questions, never intrusive - clearly they love what they are doing. We'll be back!
We travel a lot for lacrosse and have stayed in many types of places. We have to say that this is one of our best experiences so far. The unit was super clean, well appointed and the owners were super easy to work with. If available, we will be back next year!

This was the cleanest vacation home that we have ever booked. The beds were so very comfortable with plenty of closet space, extra bath towels, and blankets to snuggle up with. The special touches of chocolates, a bottle of wine, variety of coffees and creamers, puzzles and books were delightful. Being able to control our own A/C was helpful as we are from the hot south and enjoy cooler nights. There was plenty of hot water for all 4 of us to shower comfortably. All kitchen necessities were provided.
The outdoor area was beautiful for lounging and visiting. The trampoline, sports balls, and neighborhood with bike paths were a great addition for our children.
The hosts were always accessible if we needed anything. This was our first time staying in an attached rental, and our experience was amazing. The owners living above were respectful and quiet, offering us complete privacy. We recommend 10/10!
