Shame on La Quinta for having there name on this nasty place. Stained bed spreads dirty so deep it stands out in the corners. Dogs barking. Cig butts all over the grounds. Trash piled up disgusting

Our rookm door would not lock. We left our stuff unattended and when we returned found out our door was not locked the entire time we were away. We called the front desk and they came out and reset door. The entire night we felt unsafe and continued to hear sounds like people were attempting to come in our room.

They charged me on top of the expedia charge and i was kind and patient for two weeks as they kept saying the were updating their system then they said oh we dont see that charge, but my syatement said la quinta at motor inn colorado springs and i only have ever stayed at one la quinta in my life. I disputed the charge and my bank refunded me immediately, but what garbage. The manager was suppose to call me but never did. There is more to the story but what a dumpster fire. Oh yeah they told me they fired the girl who nade the mistake and shes done it a lot apparently, but my charge wasnt one of those mistakes.

Front desk staff needed training. They did not know how to do anything. Continental breakfast has many items missing- no milk for cereal, no juice, coffee ran out. And staff seemed unconcerned

Dirty,mold,trash around property and elevator,keys didn't work and had to keep going back, parking lot was the same and there was a women yelling in the middle of the night and banging on doors.

Well, first our keys didn't work 3 different times. Then they found out the lock on the door didn't work so they had to move us to a different room.

The staff was very rude and non helpful towards my disability would not understand that being 9 mins late paying my bill even through i notified and made a reservation the manger kicked us out like we were non human the staff was horriable as well.would not recommended this hotel at all because, they do not know the hospitality business and Wyndham should drop the hotel or they will bave many law suits on there hands.

💥The staff do not communicate well within themselves they also like to just barge in your room yea they knocked but as they knocked they was also walking in your room. Very rude and VERY JUDGEMENTAL. would not recommend ...if this hotel is going for making people feel vilated and uncomfortable then they get a 10 out of ten. Also their blow dryer they had in the room did not work at all...💩👎💥

The room was dirty. I should have requested a different room. But, not wanting to cause problems, I went to the dollar store to purchase cleaning supplies. After about an hour, was finally able to take a shower. I came into town for work. So, the t.v. Was important for something to unwind with after work. I requested help two times with two different people to get my t.v. Working. Needless to say I stayed two days watching the menu screen, where the t.v. Was apparently stuck on. I stayed on a Thursday and Friday night. Saturday morning the elevator was filled with graffiti. I can on wonder what went on while I was asleep. I stay in the Springs often for work and this is by far the worst hotel so far.

This is a non smoking property but my room smelled of cigarettes. I let the front desk know and was moved to another room. Sheets were dirty and not sure if they were changed so i asked for a change of sheets that i put on the bed myself which were attained as well. If sheets are stained they should get rid of them.
