The pool at this location needs to be shut down and whatever issues they are having either with the filtration or chemistry need to be addressed. I run a pool service company with my husband out of Johnstown, CO and when we looked at the pool Saturday afternoon it was very cloudy. I spoke to maintenance and was told they had a lot of people in the pool friday and the pool was cloudy afterwards. He was going to shut the pool down Saturday to address the issue, I checked the pool Sunday and it looked even worse, couldnt see the bottom of the deep end and the pool was open and being used. As a pool company ourselves I told them and the operations manager that pool should not be open. They didnt seem to care and a staff member even told me the pool always has issues. I booked this hotel so my kids could use the pool and they couldn't because it was not safe to use. They wouldnt refund my money because I used expedia. I was promosed points on my IHG account, I checked out yesterday and I still have no points and no manager has called me.
If you are planning to use the pool/hot tub here then I would not recommend this hotel at all. They need to bring in a pool company to fix the issues they are having or close the pool.
