The Space:

Experience a perfect blend of high-end comfort and natural beauty. This retreat features soaring vaulted ceilings, premium granite finishes, and a seamless flow designed for group entertaining.



🛋️ LIVING AREAS

The main level vaulted lounge is a bright sanctuary with soaring ceilings, a skylight, and warm hardwood floors. It features a modern gray sleeper sofa, stylish tripod lamps, and armchairs positioned by large windows to catch the mountain light. Downstairs, the secondary lounge is centered around a stone-surround fireplace with a rustic wood mantel. This space includes a large sectional, a Smart TV, and built-in shelving for movie nights. The recreation zone adds a fun-filled lounge featuring a full-size foosball table and direct access to the lower patio.



🍳 KITCHEN & DINING

The gourmet kitchen features wrap-around granite counters, a stone tile backsplash, and an oversized island with seating for four. It is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator. A dedicated Keurig station is positioned perfectly under a window so you can enjoy mountain views while you brew. The dining nook serves as the central hub, featuring a wood table for six and direct access to the outdoor deck through sliding glass doors.

Can we see the mountains from the house?

Absolutely. You have unobstructed views of the Front Range from the expansive back deck, the hot tub, and the kitchen sink window.



What does "No Chore Checkout" mean?

It means you are on vacation until the very last second. You don't need to strip the beds, start the laundry, or take out the trash. Just lock the door and go!

Would NOT recommend or stay again

Minus an easy check in and check out process, everything about this stay was a disaster. We contacted the property management company one day into our stay as a door handle kept sticking, and we were being locked into the bedroom. After the promise of coming the next day to fix it, and no one showed, I again called regarding that issue, and now a clogged toilet. Again, we were promised they would be out to fix both issues the following morning. This continued until the day before checkout, when they finally came and fixed the toilets. Throughout the week, 2 of the toilets stopped working, and 12 people were left to use 2 toilets. Every evening when we returned, I would call the management company, they would promise to come the next morning, and would not. I requested to speak with a manager of the company, and to this day 2 weeks after we checked out, have not received a call about compensation or to hear anything regarding our stay. I would absolutely not recommend this property to anyone, and would not be staying here again.
