Step outside, and you'll encounter the charming exterior of the residence. This inviting outdoor space offers a variety of amenities for your enjoyment, including a Hot Tub, patio with chairs and a picnic table with views of the mountains, and Charcoal grill! It provides the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation, whether you wish to soak up the sun or simply relish the fresh air. The outdoor area serves as a delightful backdrop for your stay, ensuring the creation of lasting memories. Feel free to fully utilize this outdoor space during your stay, letting the beauty of the surroundings enhance your overall experience.

Guest access
During your stay, you will have complete access to the cottage, including all its amenities and facilities. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, and everything this cottage has to offer. There is a shared driveway with another cottage in the back of the property. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

Other things to note
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

Wildlife is abundant in the area around the cabin. You may see deer, elk, bear, coyotes, bugs and more. While it's beautiful scenery, please keep your distance from any animals you encounter.

Colorado weather can range significantly. While often lovely, the area is prone to harsher weather with storms and wind, and can receive heavy snowfall during winter months. We recommend 4WD/AWD.

Cell phone reception in the area varies by carrier. The cabin wifi signal is strong and can accommodate house guests and streaming devices.

There are trash cans in the root cellar directly adjacent to the cabin. For safety purposes, please ensure all trash is put in the bins and the door is shut. Trash left outside will be accessed by wildlife, and may cause damage or spread garbage as a result.

-Please be respectful of neighbors with noise levels.

-Fire Restrictions: Wild fires are common in Colorado, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill. We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation.

-Smoking: Smoking in accordance with CO law is permitted outside. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home - loss of security deposit will occur.

-Winter: The home is open and accessible year round but 4WD/AWD is recommended.
