Beautiful 5 BR Creek-side Cabin Pikes Peak

You love vacations. So do we. We also love hospitality. If you’re looking for a spacious, updated, creekside retreat in the mountains that has all the comforts of home, then look no further. We’ve outfitted this cabin with a focus on our guests, providing a place to gather with your people and escape from it all.

The space
Warm and inviting. Thoughtful decor, cozy couches, room to unpack and relax. Bedrooms with high end bedding and brand new Casper mattresses and pillows. Kitchens with all the extras you need to keep the grocery list simple. Enjoy the sounds of the creek in the backyard year round. Fire wood is stocked for either of the 2 fire places inside or the rock fire pit just outside the house. And when the weather is nice kick back on one of the decks, relax in a swing, or head out to the yard for a game of horse shoe, corn hole, or simply just explore. Not to mention the abundance of trails and hiking nearby. A lot of thought went into the details of the cabin, creating a unique and comfortable space with amenities that are important to making your vacation just what you needed.

Guest access
Here you will have access to the entire property, the yard, creek, and parking for multiple vehicles. Access to 2 garage spaces for guest use are available seasonally.

Other things to note
There is no better time spent than a vacation with family or friends. This home has 2 floors, both with their own full kitchen and living room with television and entertainment. Space for everyone to unwind as they wish. We are very family friendly, having 3 young children ourselves, we know what its like traveling with kids. We have all the gear for babies: high chair, pack n play, baby gate, toys and books for all ages. Even a stroller that converts to a double. We intentionally designed this place to feel like home, and have all the conveniences you would want on vacation.

During your stay
We are only a short drive away and are available by phone for any questions or need that may come up during your stay. Having been involved in the hospitality industry for years and being avid travelers ourselves, our goal is to deliver a great experience from your stay.

Our family of 10 adults and 2 two year olds and one dog had an absolute blast here! The property is BEAUTIFUL, the house has so much space to hang out and eat, and bonus that the location is close to so many things to do while still feeling remote! The beds are super comfy too! Couldn’t recommend this place more…I want to come back!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Our 2nd visit was as enjoyable as the first. The kitchens, yes TWO, are well stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. The beds are comfortable, plenty of room for all 9 adults and two children to spreadout. Plenty of towels, etc. The backyard is a great place to play yard games. There is a firepit we used for S'mores. Large picnic table. Wonderful host, answered my questions promptly. Easy check in/check out. Location is smack in the middle of what makes the Colorado Springs area so popular. We took grandkids to Santa's Workshop which is just down the road. Some of our party arrived early and took in the Colorado Mountain Zoo. We will be booking this property again.

This cabin was everything described and more! Beautifully located along a lovely rolling stream, it was easy access to Manitou Springs from Highway 24. All five bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, two kitchens and plenty of bathroom space made it easy for our group of 9 plus one small Scottish Terrior to live comfortably! Thank you to host Nathan for easy instructions, all the extras the house provided, and making our stay in Colorado for our son’s wedding so perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It’s in a quiet area with beautiful views. Lots of places outside to sit and relax. My group spent an evening playing cornhole, sitting around the fire pit, and eating s’mores. Take a short walk to the back of the property to sit next to the creek. The cabin’s main kitchen is equipped with just about anything you need, even kid sized utensils, cups, and plates. There is also a pack ‘n play, high chair, gate, books, and toys. My grandkids loved those. The host was quick to answer questions or take care of any issues. There isn’t central ac, but each room has a fan, and there’s a portable air conditioner. Luckily, our arrival day was the warmest. The bottom floor was about 10 cooler. It is located west of Co Springs, but it wasn’t far from many of the places we went around Manitou Springs. Woodland Park was closer for Walmart runs.I will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

The perfect family vacation

It's the people first, destination, then accommodations. My family, the mountains, and a vacation rental that has everything you need. Great communication from owners, comfy beds, plenty of room, kitchen that is well equipped for almost any meal, even down to the pans for panning for gold in the backyard creek. The best compliment a hotel or restaurant can receive is, "I'd choose this place every time". This is the place, stop looking for anywhere else to stay in this area. Thanks for taking time to out think us on our vacation accommodations. You have a great family destination. DMo

Great family vacation home.

Wonderful family place to stay. 3 generations with 8 adults and one toddler. Plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy or escape to their own space. Kitchen was beyond fully stocked!! Owners were extremely easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions. The creek was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the deer come through in the morning.

Christmas in the Mountains

Our family had a delightful stay at the cabin. It was an early Christmas celebration for us and the place was decorated and so festive! The deer greeted us in the morning and our little ones were delighted to see them. Plenty of space for a group of 11 and comfortable sleeping. Well equipped property and very prompt communication with owner if we had questions. Hope we can stay again some day.

A Perfect Family Stay

Wonderful cabin in the mountains near Woodland Park, Colorado. The cabin was outfitted for all our needs ranging from infants to toddlers up to grands. We utilized all 5 bedrooms and both living spaces. Family rated beds 5 stars and raved about the showers. The atmosphere was very welcoming with a wood burning fireplace and a steady stream of deer on the property. Great place for a family stay.

Home away from home for the weekend

We spent the weekend hiking Manitou Incline and this is an ideal location. The place is clean inside and well stocked, however, the front and back yards do need a little work. We definitely will stay again in the future.

Annual Labor Day getaway

This home was AMAZING!! Anything you needed, they had it. We spent 4 nights. We cooked all of our meals except for one. This home has 2 FULL kitchens. When we made pizza we took advantage of both ovens. This was the BEST stocked kitchen I have seen in all our travels. Large dining room table so all of us could play board games and cards. We took full advantage of the corn hole boards. Our 2 year old grandson loved the creek that runs thru the back of the property and all of the toys and books. We all enjoyed the firepit complete with cut up ready to go wood. The hosts even furnished everything you need to make a S'more. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. This was home away from home. Grocery store, coffee shop, liquor store all just a few minutes drive. Host was super easy to get ahold of and extremely accommodating. This trip needs to be a repeat, it was that good.

Cozy Fun House

A nice rustic cabin home in a great location. The property manager was great to work with and even left s’mores for the kids! We had a family reunion and having an upstairs and downstairs was so convenient! It was so close to Pike’s Peak and many others sites. Beautiful area!

Amazing in every way!!

We spent a week at Nathan and Kim's beautiful home with our children, spouses, and little grands. It was a wonderful week & flew by way too fast. My husband & I have stayed in many rentals across the country and this one is absolutely at the top of our list. There are so many things that make their home a lovely place to stay: Location: Close proximity to so many Colorado activities, shopping for food and unique gifts, coffee shops,& restaurants. Space indoor/outdoor: We had 10 adults and a 1&2 year old. The kitchen(s) were perfect for storing and prepping food. We were able to eat together easily & the items available for the littles helped so much! There were many items available that make a big impact during a short stay. It's a long list & those items are so nice to have available...it's the little things. Having 2 floors separation for couples was really helpful. Parking was great for our 3 vehicles. The backyard space, seating, fire pit, games, etc. were wonderful!! We took advantage of everything! Recommendations: Check out the Zoo! If you go in the afternoon you can save a little $$ on tix & we were able to see everything. North Pole Colorado Santa's Workshop 5 minutes away and super cute. Wines of Colorado down the street is a great place for dinner & their entree's are priced well. We were able to get a same day reservation for our group. Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak, and the Manitou Caves were great! If I had more space I would keep going. Fantastic!!!!!

Multiple generation family vacation

The cabin was perfect. It was well equipped for our grandchildren, ages 3 months to 4 years. We all enjoyed the fire pit and yard. The location was close to everything we wanted to do.

Amazing Location and Residence

First of all, Nathan is amazing and so accommodating. The residence was super clean and welcoming. As a welcome gift we received a round loaf of sourdough that was labeled as 'Nate's Bakery'. We looked high and low on google for this amazing bakery as the loaf was destroyed in less than an hour of arriving. Sadly we realized it was from the owners and it was the only loaf to be had :) Everything else.... wonderful! Haha. The location is spot on. Everywhere we went to was within 20 minutes, yet peace and quiet for our evenings as we did not want to be in the hustle and bustle. Thank you for an amazing get away! We will see you next year!

Fantastic Space for families and group retreats

I've stayed in a LOT of rental spaces but have never found one so perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving bowls, dishes, utensils, etc. The beds are so comfy (I need to get pillows like that for myself), The outdoor space is wonderful. There is a large fire pit and a swing in the yard, swinging chairs under the porch and a creek at the bottom of the property. There is a lot of table space for eating inside and out. Couches and chairs are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and FLUFFY towels (I need some of those for home too). There are 5 rooms, 2 livingrooms, 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. Both upstairs and down were clean and spacious. I am from the north Briargate area of Colorado Springs and used the space for a weekend retreat for 6 women We all loved the relaxed feeling the space provides. You can hear the highway some when you are outside, but it does not detract from the space at all. I highly recommend this home for any sort of get away you are planning!
