Grab a book or take a nap, this is the place! Light and bright with an intimate sitting area, the Loft provides a bit of quiet space. The small deck outside provides another peaceful retreat.

Plan a movie night and watch on the 75” Smart TV. Great seating for a group with a sectional sleeper couch and recliner. Fun for the entire family with the Infinity Game table with hundreds of games to play. Additional features include a washer and dryer, full bath, and refrigerator.

There are three bathrooms, one on each level. We have you covered with all the essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soft towels. Each bathroom has a hair dryer for your convenience.
👶 Kid-Friendly Amenities
If you have little ones, we get it! Don’t worry about packing the extra things - we have a pack-n-play and a highchair to make it easier for you.

Our residence is encircled by picturesque parks and trailheads, with Manchester Creek Trail Head just 4 minutes away, Women’s Trail 375 a brief 6-minute drive, Woodland Park a 15-minute journey, and the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center accessible within 12 minutes. Numerous other captivating locations are nearby, making it a convenient and attractive hub for your adventures.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush, white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🚗 Parking: You will have access to two garage spaces and there is ample parking outside for additional vehicles.
🚫 HOA Restrictions: Use of Spring Valley Community lakes are restricted to HOA members only and guests are restricted from fishing and use of lake property including all common areas.
❄️ Winter Access: The driveway can be challenging in snow. You’ll need a 4WD or AWD vehicle during winter. This ensures safe access when plowing or shoveling might be delayed.
