The Space:

Welcome to your private escape in the heart of Old Colorado City! This upstairs unit provides a cozy, convenient basecamp for your adventures. With a private entrance and smart lock, your comfort and privacy are guaranteed.

Relax in our comfy living room after a busy day. We've got a fancy 4k Roku Smart TV for entertainment. Our modern design makes it a peaceful spot for you to unwind.



🍳 Kitchen:

Cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Whether you're the chef in your group or you just barely know your way around a kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to make a full breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV, desk

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, desk



🛁 Bathroom:

Clean up in our big, squeaky-clean bathroom. We've stocked it with soft towels and all the toiletries you might need, including some extras for the ladies.



👶 Kid-Friendly Amenities:

For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.



🌳 Backyard:

Chill out in our backyard, where we have a nice fire pit for cool evenings.



🧺 Shared Laundry Access

The home comprises two distinct units—upper and lower levels—connected by a shared laundry room. Feel free to use the laundry facilities between 10 AM and 4 PM.



🔑 Check-In: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.



🧴 Starter Supply: We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



🏡 Private Entrance: This is the upstairs unit. We rent out the basement separately, but no worries—both units have their own private entrances with smart locks!

During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities and facilities. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
