«The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect ...

«Excellent service the breakfast was amazing one of the best 10/10 location was perfect and the rooms was just beyond amazing so clean»

«Highly recommend this hotel. Priced fairly and located well. Parking is not included, so it can be a challenge if you don’t pay for valet.»

«Very nice hotel, calm vibes, had a lot of things around it making it easy to do activities and try restaurants. I wish towels and bedding was changed out everyday like other hotels I’ve stayed at but doesn’t change my overall wonderful experience.»

«Vi ankommer sent til hotellet etter en forsinkelse i flytrafikken, men det var ingen problemer med sen innsjekking. Innsjekking gikk hurtig, og vi fikk et par anbefalinger på spisesteder i nærheten som kunne være åpne så sent. Det var også rabatt på nærmeste restaurant siden vi bodde på dette stedet. Rommene var rene og det var god kvalitet på senger og baderom. Godt utvalg på frokost, og kaffe i kopp man kunne ta med seg på turen videre.»

«Slightly dated rooms and lobby. Older property. Also same/similar HGI nearby which is nicer. I confused the locations as they are so close to each other»

«Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.»

«air conditioning is a bit bad»

«This is a great property in a wonderful location. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.»

«Well since I've been|n living in my car I'd say the price is right and I'm grateful so nothing bad happened and everyone there seemed real friendly and respectful.»

«Great location just minutes from I25. Cabins are clean with recent renovations in the two we stayed in. Friendly staff met us as we arrived to check if we needed anything and to assist with parking.»

«My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues.»

«Excellent location with a nice walk along the creek trail into downtown Manitou Springs. Plenty of parking. Nice breakfast. Very well run. Beautiful view of pikes Peak right outside my window!»

«Honestly this was a fantastic stay. The area is right off the highway and not far from state parks, garden of the Gods and all the places you would want to see. Theres a gas station right across the street if you have a rental. The breakfast was different everyday, very clean, nice hotel bar, indoor pool and no fee to park. We enjoyed our stay. And very comfy covers vs the thin sheets and covers some hotels have. And there’s a mini store downstairs with drinks and snacks. I say book!»
