«Couldn’t use toilet. Told staff. They documented it , said they would fix it after the second time of me asking. Never got fixed. Gave us a different room, way smaller than the previous one. No toilet paper, so I took it from the previous room. I couldn’t get an extra blanket, they said they didn’t have anymore. And no one cared to actually tell that maintenance wasn’t even in property on the weekends. So it wouldn’t have been fixed regardless. I don’t know why this hotel was 7.4 stars. I won’t ...

«Nice hotel and room.
Stayed for two nights. The first morning the breakfast help was not serviceminded at all. Several things were empty. The person worked very slowly. Also put dirty boardboxes on the food desk when resupplying. Not hygienic!
The second morning the front desk person managed both the front desk and the breakfast in a very good and efficient way. Impressed by her effort :-)»

«Everyone was nice but is not that great of a hotel as it is shown, breakfast is ok and it is not that clean or big as it seems in pictures but the main thing was that it is advertised as being close to downtown/tourists places and it is not, the Uber’s were really expensive.»

«Very convenient to the airport and the young woman who checked us in was so pleasant and professional, they are fortunate to have her representing the hotel.
Easy to find places to eat in the area.
It was a little rundown but based on the reviews it wasn't a surprise. If you are just looking for a quick overnight, for the price it certainly fit the bill»
